DB Toei - About Buuhan's Tier 2 rating

I don't think anyone weaker than Buuhan should be scaled to this, Buutenks alone is hyped up as a massive increase and said to be dimensions beyond what he was before (obviously, even if the literal mentions of dimensions is metaphorical, it indicates too significant of a difference to arbitrarily to give 2-C to anyone via downscaling).
Buutenks is just Super Buu x2.

This is the title of the episode:
"Son Goku is Strongest After All!! Majin Boo is Eliminated"
Transcription: "Yappari Saikyō Son Gokū!! Majin Bū Shōmetsu" (Japanese: やっぱり最強孫悟空!!魔人ブウ消滅)
This statement coupled with the Anime original change of Kid Buu actually outright overpowering and taking complete control of the Spirit Bomb and pushing it back at Goku (in the manga he only manages to hold it back for a few moments) and Goku conversely uno reversing it back after Dende restored his stamina makes me believe Toei was going for "final SSJ1 Goku>Kid Buu".
Tbf the same thing happens in the manga and so that specific instance isn't ridiculous

What’s the point of accepting the feat if the scaling implies it’s an outlier? Scaling and feat quantification are linked, I don’t think making a site wide policy banning those discussions happening in the same thread is productive, it’ll just create thread spam and fatigue.

but we really should wait for scaling until after the feat has been accepted at least

why you think I forced them to do it in a separate thread when the DBS upgrade rolled around
We still need to complete it for 2-C manga characters although we should just apply them since they don’t affect the tiers

i highly doubt it’s an outlier

No I’m talking in general, I’m responding to people wanting to make a “site wide rule” not a DB rule.

@Damage3245 seems to disagree, so even with 3 agrees we would need more discussion don't even start, i also do not like this anymore than any of you, i actually agree with this now

I sincerely do not know what i did wrong this time, could you point to me for me to avoid doing it in the future? I am not contesting the warning, just trying to understand to do better in the future, probably should answer this on my wall to avoid derailing
If you know a certain topic is already derailing, don't respond to it. If you still want to discuss it, bring it to their walls/PM/discussion thread.

Edit: Answering here for the benefit of certain others as well

Has there been any explanation for why Buu had to tear down the barriers of reality to destroy the universe instead of just outright destroying it like SSG Goku could? Or is that just being chalked up to SSG Goku being far more powerful? I'm just not really understanding why a 2-C being would actively need to destroy the macrocosm via a flooding rather than just blowing it all up.
