Particle don't give a concrete, specific size. Particles range from molecular to subatomic in size, particle just defines a small, localized object which can be described by several chemical, or physical properties.

Sure, Uryu should definitely have at least Atomic level Matter Manipulation with his Letzt Still.

As expected, there seems to be heat damage from the Ittou Kasou, but looking at the place where it was not affected by the bullets at all, there is a possibility that even Kishi had crumbled."

Do you have the RAWS of this statement by any chance?

Because if this is true, then Kenpachi should definitely have at least Atomic level deconstruction through this statement.

Couldn't be further from the truth. But I guess that's not something foreign to you considering that you've had DGM characters with atomic matter manip for years even though you were fully aware even before I pointed it out that they have molecular matter manip.
 
The scan is proof that anyone scaling to or above this version of Kenpachi have atomic destruction and resistance with their Reiatsu

I think yamas heat is hotter than 15 million degrees it leaves nothing behind. Even yamas shikai can vape a steel zanpakto which not even the heat of nukes can do. And that's a lowball considering a captains sword is much harder than steel

You kinda need visuals for that cause the feat could vary greatly. If you were to assume that the bullets melted the moment they came in contact with the Reiatsu (the moment about 0.05% of the bullet's surface came in contact with the Reiatsu) that'd give hundreds of millions of degrees C. Whereas if you were to assume that the entire surface of the bullet was exposed to the temperature and then melted that'd be hundreds of thousands of degrees C.
