Death (Puss in Boots 2) at least 5-B, possibly 4-C

A forcefield that apparently is just separating her from the star ... It is very obviously not a real star - which is obvious also from its size (see the same GIF)
You are talking complete nonsense. The force field was very far from Dulcinea, there is no evidence that the star is small. Once again, it is obvious that it is large, because this star is visible from Earth, although it is incredibly far away, in light years from Earth.

Once again, see the last GIF

i never watch puss in boots stuff but I don’t remember any crazy shit beyond building level stuff. I don’t even know why this is even happening, this must be taking metaphorical/hyperbole literally.

As well as outlier

Alright so...
  • The dude used a barrier to protect himself from the Planet's explosion, so he won't scale from that at all.
  • I don't think that death applies to stars
And a major thing is that Death by himself does not physically attack anyone normally, given that he was there when Puss died the 8th time, so him directly hunting Puss seems to be an exception than something he usually does to be honest.

Death has also not shown any "true form" nor was it implied to be using an avatar, as far as we know the lobo is his true form, so even that assumption doesn't work

Also are we talking about the wishing star from the movie, cuz uh, besides not being a living being, it looked very much city block sized

Okay, apparently it makes no sense to keep score. Most disagree.

Maybe it's better to create a discussion that Death can manipulate death...

Should we even consider that Puss in Boots netflix series canon tbh?

Is there anything in this series that refers at all to the Shrek/Puss in Boots movies?

But yeah I dont think we should scale Death to this either

In this thread, Marvel showed an article saying that the cartoon takes place before the first Puss in Boots movie. More precisely, after he was expelled from San Ricardo, but before meeting Kitty Softpaw.

Ight so this is between his exile and the Puss in boots movies

Ngl im not sure the writers of Puss in boots ever kept like...Esteban or whatever into consideration, or probably anything set by that series. Especially when the 'Wishing Star' is a separate concept in Puss in Boots TLW. Doesn't feel like something we want to compare a character like Death too at all. But either way Death conceptually is the only thing that might overshadow this, his 'wolf form' is definitely not scaling for this.

Yeah no, this is just way too much of a massive jump compared to Puss's regular feats, hard disagree

Disagree with the thread FRA. Nobody scales to the stars because we have no confirmation that Death physically fights and murks them.

Still wouldn't work, cause if this was true, then Puss wouldn't be able to bring Death onto his ass like that
Tbf, death did say he was "playing with his food" and even puss said he wouldn't be able to beat him, so i think puss wouldn't scale regardless

This means death could scale to other feats if he ever gets them, but obviously not those hypothetical scenarios of the crt

Even then, that's literally still an outlier for Death and it doesn't even lessen it. Death was never proven to be this much strong

Yeah Puss scales below Death, but getting stomped doesn't mean he can't deal any damage.

Puss should be equal to death.
They both hurt each other and both got each other on the defensive multiple times.
"B-But he said he can't defeat him!" Yeah. Nobody can. Whether he bested Death's physical avatar or not, death is always be an overlying concept in our lives and will be the one to take said lives.

And by the way, Puss saying that he couldn't defeat Death was because he was still afraid of him at the time. So yes Puss would scale to Death

Again, death literally said he was playing with his food and implies that he did that to teach puss a lesson.

I'm not saying puss doesn't scale to death, i'm saying that if death got a better feat far above puss', he wouldn't need to scale nor would him defeating death be a anti feat

Is not a outlier because the feat doesn't exist, my point is that if it did, his fight with puss wouldn't be an anti feat cuz it is clear death was holding back

He said this because he was trying to install fear into Puss throughout the movie and by the time he got serious and had a 1v1 with him Puss had grown to his level.

Which it is an outlier for Puss considering that he does scale to Death during their battle, you also literally just implied Puss scales to Death. Puss has not been shown been this strong to levels of 5-B nor 4-C. And then again, this just brings in his anti-feats into play

"Grown to his level"

Yeah okay, Looks at Puss getting overwhelmed in the exact way he did the first fight
I'm convinced that this CRT is run by a league of people who never saw the 2nd movie and are just pretending to have watched it to fit in.

he does not scale to death fully, again, not only did we already bring up that he downscales, death confirms he was holding back by "playing with his food", puss would be unaffected if death was upgraded because he does not fully scale to it, he literally only got a single good attack on him and the fight ended because death decided he wasn't arrogant anymore

puss doesn't have to show any levels of strength because death upscales to him, and the moment you upscale to someone, you aren't liable for the "anti-feat" argument because you were toying with them.
