I added new things and improved some justifications, in addition to adding new things (few actually) and the calculations sent here and in other threadsNew Power and Ability Additions:
Spongebob
- Subjective Reality/Creation (Capable of bringing himself and other things he dreams while asleep into reality, if SpongeBob and Patrick are in the shattered dream balloon they will be teleported to the dreamer's side. The Mr. Krabs from SpongeBob’s thoughts came to life and harmed Plankton, Threw two uncooked hamburger meats into it’s thoughts and then brought those thoughts into reality as cooked hamburger patties, turned something that had happened into a dream of its sleeping doppelgänger, Created a Krabby Patty by doing this)
- Addition for telepathy (can see dreams of his duplicate next to Patrick, during "Squid Noir" passively listened to Squidward's narration and could intrude on it)
- Additional evidence for acrobatics (this and was cited as quite agile by a karate master, dodged several attacks launched at once by a robotic version of Patrick)
- Additional evidence of stealth mastery (it's considered the only stealth game in the game enough not to be seen by tikki tokens)
- Matter manipulation (in "The Sewers of Bikini Bottom" SpongeBob claims to have cleaned up sub-atomic and even "theoretical" particles, He and Patrick hugged each other so tightly that they ended up merging their DNA to the point where they merged, then did this until they merged with the entire city with a molecular structure "bound by positively charged ionic energy")
- Martial arts (read the intelligence part, knows the art of wrestling competing with patrick and has been quoted having kung fu like moves)
- sealing with your bubbles (your bubbles can trap enemies inside them)
- Accelerated development (as a baby he instantly learned to cook and use a spatula and it was the first time he ever held one, performed the same cheat that Sandy used to gain the upper hand against him in a race, although he was initially confused as to how she had done it)

It also convinced everyone in Bikini Bottom to get ready for Christmas, a holiday they have never heard of and convinced several monsters who were about to devour him and Patrick to join them in their quest for the crown.)

In Scavenger Pants, somehow despite being some 20,000+ Leagues away: Both SpongeBob and Patrick see what it looked like despite being EXCEEDINGLY FAR AWAY and saw several historic moments alongside Gary)

-Additional evidence for using Absorption in combat and for raising his AP (It can absorb many different things like giant live burger meat, water, garbage, objects, can absorb all the liquid from a giant whelk while being inside one's stomach, this includes the whelk itself and can get stronger with absorption, besides being able to get bigger with it, absorbed the attacks of Flats who were physically superior to him, instantly absorbed a liquid before it reached a coliseum)
- Astral form (can enter this state while sleeping and even in this state he can use his sponge abilities)
-Self-Memory Manipulation (SpongeBob can erase your thoughts to specialize in other areas in just seconds and at will and send memories to the heart)
- Additional feats of Supernatural Luck (Caused this when Manray tried to finish him off to and discouraged him enough to give up. When painting Mr. Krabs walls, Mr. Krabs told SpongeBob to not to paint anything but the walls, strange things happened in an unnatural way to fix his mistakes and kept the dollar in tact and unharmed in attempt to clean the paint off of it, which didn’t need cleaning anyway. The trick that Mr. Krabs pulled ended up backfiring on him. SpongeBob put himself in danger several times in the episode "Life Insurance" and was completely unharmed. By sheer luck, ends up falling in the same place where he was sent away. Managed to find a way out of the random land, a place that Squidward quoted "no one ever returned from there",In the episode "ditchin" several good things happen to him with him even accidentally beating Sandy at his own game, despite having no experience with the early game. unlikely events occur for SpongeBob's letter to be delivered to the Vikings)

defeated a Robotic version of Patrick, Sandy, his and Plankton, who like the latter the robotic versions are physically superior and possess the same abilities/intelligence as the originals with the robotic version of Plankton claiming to be better than the original, He defeat the Man Ray who is skilled enough to face the mermaid man in his prime and Man ray is considered his greatest nemesis, Being that the mermaid man in his prime was quite intelligent and constantly faced many different super villainsand has also been cited as a living legend due to his superhero feats. also mentions that he has been working on the Krusty Krab for 35,689 months which would be 2974 years, having to face Plankton every day and defending the Krabby Patty formula, he and Squidward were quoted by the French Narrator as having spent an eternity working on the Krusty Krab, with SpongeBob having experience facing plankton during all this time having experience not only with that but dealing with other things that we see in the series in their daily lives. Created a living puppet that went to a dance and SpongeBob with Mr. Krabs created robots with the exact same regeneration and immortality as themselves. He has also created formulas and has a secret lab)
Squidward:
- Regeneration (Low-Godly) (Supposedly came back after his body was erased. Does the same thing here)
- Explosion manipulation and deconstruction (his clarinet deconstructed SpongeBob and blew up Patrick's head)

Plankton:
- Pain Tolerance (Endured the pain of being crushed in hundreds of episodes)
- type 1 acausality (along with spongebob he changed the past without consequences and here)
-Inorganic Physiology (Karen analyzed the composition of Plankton revealing that it is "1% evil and 99% hot gas")
- Self-Sustenance type 1 and 2 (was buried underground for 100 years without food and was fine after leaving)
-Power Mimicry (invented a device that makes him become the person he puts it on, in which case he accidentally put it on Patrick, so we see Plankton's brain shrinking to the point of no longer be there)
-The transmogrifier can switch places with an opponent to the point that it rewrites Plankton as always being that character and everyone remembering it that way
-Text Manipulation (Can physically hold and manipulatetext bubbles)

Mr. Krabs:
-Limited BFR (Can remove dream invaders from his dreams)
-Immortality (Type 1 and 5) (He cannot die, instead it is necessary for the Flying Dutchman to fetch him and lock him in Dave Jones' closet, being that the flying Dutchman is responsible for collecting the souls of the inhabitants of the deep sea that include Mr Krabs to take them to the other world that would be Davy Jones' closet, but at the end of the episode he gave up Mr Krabs due to SpongeBob, in the episode "Money Speaks" he says he is immortal and he lived so long his first coin is a stone)
-Memory and Data Manipulation (Made a customer forget everything he watched on the Krusty Krab TV)
-Text Manipulation (Can physically hold his text bubbles)

He has also made secret rooms in the Krusty Krab that even those like SpongeBob or Plankton didn’t know about and even put cameras in everyone’s house including Sandy’s Treedome. Fought evenly with Sandy who is a karate master of multiple fighting styles and an extraordinary genius,Managed and protected the Krusty Krab for an eternity, made several calculations to discover the nature of the randomland (although he never went there and made these calculations in a few seconds), faced alone for an entire night without stopping an army of undead combatant and have experience with this sort of thing. Mr. Krabs along with SpongeBob and created robots with the exact same regeneration and immortality as themselves)
Larry:
-Accelerated Development (Became fit again despite being out of shape within a few seconds while working out)
Dennis:
- Immortality (Type 2) (Managed to stay conscious and keep up with David Hasselhoff despite being reduced to goo)
- Intelligence upgrade (Dennis is a great hunter, with just a few things he knew where SpongeBob and Patrick had been and even predicted where they would end up)

if I'm not mistaken, nuclear fission really generates a high amount of ionizing radiation, so I think Plankton could have resistance to radiation, since he took it in the face.
I just don't know about the other characters, as radiation usually affects the surrounding area and the characters remained fine when they were close to the explosion area.

There's something they mentioned and it left me in doubt... SpongeBob cleaned sub atomic particles and theoretical particles, cleaning sub atomic particles is manipulation of matter (Because you are interacting with very small matter), but what about theoretical particles?

- Addition for Telepathy (Sees dreams of his duplicate next to Patrick. During "Squid Noir" he passively listened to Squidward's narration and could intrude on it)
- Additional evidence for Acrobatics (this and was cited as agile by karate masters, dodged several attacks launched at once by a robotic version of Patrick)
- Additional evidence of Stealth Mastery (Stealthy enough to not be seen by the tikki tokens, whom dissappear from sight. Has shown hiding inside people's clothing without them noticing, down to one's teeth as seen in "The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom")

In "Demolition Doofus" he drove a car competently enough to dodge not only the other intially more skilled competitors, but also drive away from Bloodlusted Miss Puff. Able to quickly make his own businesses and eclipse the Krusty Krab, despite no signs of having any manager skills. Defeated exact replica Robots of himself and his friends, that were better then them in every way).
-Reactive Evolution (Although he was affected by the "orb of confusion" eventually became unaffected by the prolonged after effects which left someone as brainless or have nonexistent entities in their minds like Patrick confused and unable to respond. Someone like Squidward resisting SpongeBob's abilities such as his Supernatural Charisma (see SB's "Supernatrual Charisma" section, and Squidwards section for resistances) eventually gets bypassed by SpongeBob many times to the point of exhaustion. By just being with the Strangler more did SpongeBob bypass the Stranglers abilities, of which spreaded immediate fear, killing to Transmutating the victims, all by just seeing the Stranglers poster, only to no longer have any of this due to SpongeBob). Resistance to Magic (Resisted magic from the Wizarding Plankton).
- Rage Boost (Strangled Mr. Krabs when sufficiently enraged despite Krabs's hull disintegrating attacks aimed at him before. In "The Battle For Bikini Bottom" his anger caused for someone as strong as Patrick to be blown back).

- Healing (Even after feeling tired and dizzy he immediately returned to normal upon realizing that Mr. Krabs was in trouble, also similiarly does this in "Scavenger Pants" where both SpongeBob and Patrick suddenly regain their Stamina after exhausting from restless pursuits. In "" he)
-Supernatrual Charisma (The Flying Dutchman gave up within 30 seconds because he could not hear his thoughts and wanted distance from SpongeBob, due to SpongeBob immediately talking non-stop for 30 seconds after having his soul stolen, Dutchman said that SpongeBob wasn't even worth the bet. Convinced everyone in Bikini Bottom to get ready for Christmas, a holiday they have never heard of, even those of Supergenius intellects like Plankton unable to resist the opportunity. Treated prisoners so well that they started to be nice to him, which includes the strangler and others decided to show up for his birthday despite the Stranglers fame being so horrible that everyone feared him to the point where even Lobster Larry was literally scared to death of him with no one in all of Bikini Bottom willing to help out of fear of the Strangler, amongst other characters who were famous for other horrible acts on the show. During "April Fools" showcases strategic manipulating skills, messing with Squidward's psychology to make him feel guilty, confessing that he liked Spongebob with everyone in Bikini Bottom, all of this was orchestrated by SpongeBob as everyone were waiting. SpongeBob's talking alone implicates an opponents Stamina and focus. In "Truth or Square" SpongeBob's song is heard throughout Bikini Bottom that brought everyone in town together again for the Krusty Krab. Abruptly found Magic in a Well that can help him amongst the denizens make their wishes come true, despite there conventionally not being any in the first place. In "Home Sweet Pineapple" a single tear causes the seed to sprout another pineapple in a matter of seconds when in reality it shouldn't do this. In "Truth or Square" SpongeBob remembers when he arrived in Bikini Bottom, a pineapple falls from above a boat that miraculously gains windows alongside other materials just popping out of nowhere. Those who have intent in killing SpongeBob have consistently went insane trying, have been abruptly defeated, amongst other means have backfired on them)

In the episode of Gas Goo Goo, he discovered information about SpongeBob to discover a way to affect him with his gas in a productive way, just by having observed him once. Instantly created a Ghost Extracting Machine as seen in "The Ghost of Plankton". Should upscale from SpongeBob’s intelligence feats.
Mr. Krabs:

-Immortality (Type 1 and 5) (He cannot die, instead it is necessary for the Flying Dutchman to fetch him and lock him in Dave Jones' closet, being that the flying Dutchman is responsible for collecting the souls of the inhabitants of the deep sea, that include Mr Krabs to take them to the other world that would be Davy Jones' closet, but at the end of the episode he gave up on Mr Krabs due to SpongeBob. In "Money Speaks" he says he is immortal and he lived so long that his first coin is a stone)

His experience has prevented him from being taken by surprise by his own trident and defeating it, although he does not resist his own abilities. Has outskilled powerful mages to serving mortals for an eternity. Must be one of the most experienced characters in the series, his trident on it's own has also proved to be very manipulative, having managed to manipulate SpongeBob and his desires.)
- Add to Neptunes profile that his trident has a conscience of it's own (When separated from King Neptune, the trident tends to act of it's own volition, attacking everything, doing whatever it wants, and manipulating the "new wielder's" wishes to create further problems for the same, unless King Neptune wields it again.)

- Addition to Underwater Breathing (all characters can breathe in water that exists underwater)
- Separate combat intelligence from certain characters' academy/general intelligence as they have consistently shown fighting well.
- All of the main cast including Plankton(including the opening Master Hand "Hans"), Larry and others, can go into the dream world being aware that they are dreaming and manipulate those dreams at will to follow their own rules.
In addition to being able to collect objects in the dream world and bring them to the real world, being able to even jump into other dreams within this world, with them invading each other's dreams, etc.
Magic book:
-Universal+ range (Burgerbeard could see Plankton and SpongeBob through the book at other points in time and should be able to affect with the book's powers), Much higher (Bubbles considers the book a threat to all existence)
Other changes that need to be made:
-Spongebob’s string should be upgraded to 3-A (It left nothing but a white void at the end of “The String” episode. The official Spongebob wiki and transcript even classify it as a universal feat) and to take away Bubble bass's weakness that he has no experience in combat, he showed how to fight in "Swamp Mates", even if it seemed like a dream, it was shown as actually happening in one of the episodes. (Note: much higher scale if the entire Cosmology word doc is taken into account)

It took 3 seconds from the moon to hit sponge bob on Earth.
238000/3 = 79333.3333333 miles per second (Massively Hypersonic+).

Btw, there were a few new things I was not sure to add on the list: In "Dungeons and Dragons", I do remember Wizarding Plankton possessing Magic that he used against Spongebob, only to be uneffected. Not so sure if you guys approved so I'll leave it here.
And I think I forgot that Sandy should have some pretty OP Enhanced Senses, as she is able to to operate chores with zero issues, despite her head being literally: IN ANOTHER DIMENSION XD.

It's well organized, good job, but just one thing, the rope didn't nullify regeneration it erased their souls, that's a way around regeneration.Okay I am back! I have even added some support bonuses, few notes, anything that I could muster to remember myself at the time that I am writing this to you all.

Tier 4/3 SpongeBob
As discussed earlier, dreams and imaginations in SpongeBob are constantly real due to Subjective Reality since characters have consistently interacted with and even destroyed those dreams and imaginations. For reference, dreams/imaginations are capable of generating entire pocket realms large enough to house starry skies and even a few galaxies in the background. Furthermore, when a dream/imagination gets destroyed while a character is inside of it, they end up surviving as the only thing not destroyed.
Furthermore, SpongeBob has been capable of destroying his own brain in the episode Squilliam Returns (Patrick also split SpongeBob’s brain in half in the episode Sportz), which contains an entire pocket dimension housing a starry sky in the background as we see in episodes like Procrastination and InSPONGEiac. Plankton (During Sponge Out Of Water) and the Flying Dutchman (During The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom) at one point even entered SpongeBob’s brain to see that it’s an entire world where in both instances we see a sun in the background.
There is also this calculation that has been accepted at 4-B where SpongeBob withstands a fall while holding the very string that was the universe itself.
In terms of other supporting feats, we have feats like SpongeBob rotating the Earth (5-A), Patrick freezing the Earth (Low 5-B), and Squidward surviving an explosion the size of Earth (6-A), further building up some consistency.
Due to the consistent tier 4 showings as well as the addition of 1 tier 3 feat and some tier 5/6 supporting feats, I propose that SpongeBob gets upgraded to 4-A to 3-B.

A good thing to add might be those in the episode where they go to the moon and the sponge becomes the moon, Basically, there are moments in this episode where SpongeBob together with others cause an explosion on the moon just by belching, in addition to SpongeBob supporting Santa's box turning against himself (being that Santa's box fragmented the moon)
Both I believe have calculus on the wiki.

Something else worth mentioning is LS as well however: SpongeBob has literally held entire pocket dimensional realms with stars or more, so this logically applies with some Multi-Stellar LS, impressive that SB holds such as casually as one holding thoughts would. It even scales to many other characters, Patrick literally used SB's brain one time! I even recall someone as diminutive like Plankton tusseling with it! XD
This is indicating the Dreamy Dreamer, yes surprisingly. We have detailed stuff about the particular entity in the past, this is basically SB's absolute peak at least thus far, a feat not to be overlooked as SB literally considered such interactions "Easy". The critical question is just how much Cosmology SB has, I remember there being a compiled word document yet to be fully looked over.
Sure we know it's already 2-A with the crisis of infinite jerks event, but there is somehow even more Infinite, to actual higher planed dimensions, just too much description to go into detail. This is what I can muster to recall for now regarding the Verse Cosmology & Dreamy Dreamer connections (There's also other out there beings in the comics like Doodles the Pirate, whom the crew have also interacted with as I stated before in this exact thread).
