Rule Violation Reports (New forum)

It's against the rules to be making RVR reports for staff, especially higher up ones. You report those to Human Resource groups and possibly Bureaucrats. Also, Antvasima is extremely stressed out by having to deal with the same topics over and over again. While I do think he'll apologize, and should perhaps cool down before commenting yes. I don't think it warrants anything severe, we basically need someone like Antvasima to keep a site as wide an expansive as this running properly in the first place.

Also, I got no real comment on the content revision at hand, and I personally have some disagreements with a lot of things brought up on the OP, but often exhausted to properly debate and still agreed with a lot of things FanofRPGs mentioned and I believe DeagonX also mentioned. But even so, I understand full well why Antvasima is stressed out and should maybe cool off before commenting and maybe let some others handle debating until then, but I would appreciate it if everyone cooled down and that we avoid bombarding the thread talking about it. And instead inform AKM sama and other HR group members.

I thought it would be common sense to not berate and insult people on rules violation thread, one we've expressed to want unnecessary comments kept to a minimum as is - yet here we are.

The weird thing is, he literally DM'd me several days ago just to ask when his ban was supposed to end.

That being said, has he actually made any matches involving Persona characters in the span of 24th January to 24th February? Because that was the term of his match block, though mind you I wouldn't be against banning him from making matches entirely for the foreseeable future.
 
Well, regarding the HR report against me, my unfiltered way of reasoning is not simply a personality trait, it is strongly connected to how my mental disabilities fundamentally work, and it is extremely hard for me to not explain things as I genuinely perceive them, without any deceit, manipulation, or deception whatsoever.

I also do not particularly understand why this is a major problem, given that I do not actually use any insults. I am just rather blunt in my reasoning and evaluations, even if I am a bit socially incompetent, so I think that this situation seems to have been heavily exaggerated to imply much more than I have actually intended (basically, what I intended is simply that my trust cannot be expected to be automatically all-encompassing to anybody, regardless of what kind of behaviour that I observe from them), and completely gagging me and everybody else in this community to not be allowed to ever be able to point out anything that seems very blatantly suspicious whatsoever would in fact turn this community much more insincere and deceptive. Then again, I have low social intelligence, so I do not understand the intricacies of everyday insincere games during social interactions very well.

In addition, I have purely worked for 8-14 hours a day for the last 8.5 years with building this community from the ground up, taking care of it, and consistently helping our members as much as I can both practically and personally, out of a sense of duty and compassion, definitely not for any monetary compensation or other profit. Complaints about me being rather blunt by nature are literally a drop of water in the ocean in comparison to all the many tens of thousands of positive things that I have done for this place.

Also, several other members in that thread were far more rude towards me than I was towards anybody there, but nobody seemed to care, so there appears to be a blatant double-standard at play here, possibly simply due to that I disagree with the suggested upgrades for a popular verse.

Anyway, it seems best if we return to the regular discussion here.

The alternate account needs to be permanently banned and the original account should have its ban duration extended to 12 months.

Not in a way that makes you sound all narcissictic-like. Please, Ant, just calm the **** down, take a chill pill, go outside for a bit, stop accusing others of double standards and rude behavior that you clearly started off with first, stop comparing your work hours and your mental health problems to everyone else and using them like a shield, and just, log off for once. Once you've fully gotten rid of the stress, come back again and take it with a level-minded stance, not with petty "he-said-she-said" behavior.

I'm not saying anything against you, but for you. Please, listen to your staff for once when they tell you that this is taking a massive toll on you. It's okay to take a break and chill. You have multiple competent staff who can take care of this wiki perfectly well without you checking up on them once every hour.

This will hopefully be my last comment on the matter. I believe the report has already gone to HR, so there is no point for me to continue this any further. I was merely doing it out of concern for Ant.
 
@ShionAH is being hostile towards a group of forum members who have issues with a verse he is a supporter of. It first started with him just calling the opposite side immature a few times. Then he started doubling down on his behavior:

While it's understandable why he's angry at this group, he's clearly starting to become too irritated and aggressive with them. He needs to calm down before he starts making the situation worse.
 
However, please take note that I think that we should try to be kind to ShionAH, as the situation is definitely not easy for the children and teenagers in Turkey right now, given the recent massive natural disaster.

I would appreciate if other members help him out with constructing his Kral Sakir pages, as they might make Turkish children happier.
