SCP as it currently is exists as an exception to our rules due to sunk cost and massive popularity. So your reasoning will have to be better than "it breaks our rules" because, yes, it does. We keep it anyway.

While I highly doubt the lower levels of SCP were designed with battleboarding in mind, seeing the Tier 0 descriptions read like something that'd have been purged with the Tier 1 cleansing of FC/OC always gets a chuckle out of me.
