I will say that Ultima is the most knowlogeable staff member regarding Tier 1 stuff, but it's also true that it would be unfair to call him every time there is a CRT regarding Tier 1 since otherwise he would have to participate in almost any revision, and this also seems pretty straight forward, so I don't think that he should be called here. But if people want to call him to hear his opinion they can.

Yeah, I can agree with this after skimming through this entire thread. Honestly, ever since R>F deals were changed to automatically be 5-D or higher (which honestly doesn't make sense to me especially when most fiction doesn't care about the 10-D theory; trust me, I checked all the fictions I've seen and Epic Battle Fantasy was the only one that did), there had been chaotic back-and-forth about it all including this very thread.

The 2-C should not scale to physicals.
They were consistently harmed from things below Tier 2 in power, and it's explicitly made from using items from what I saw.
This should also help to prevent bullshit like Beerus getting a Tier 1 Hakai.

I mean, sure, when characters lower their guard, they can even be hurt by bullets or lasers, such as Goku's case.
Ki is like an enhanced armour that when activated it can let you resist Low 2-C hits lol, (depending on how strong you are obv)
