If she travels and controls her travel then probably she scales totally from movement to reaction and combat as well, I think.
Her reaction and combat speed is already way higher than anything out maneuvering a missile would give (it should be comparable to something like a real world RPG missile which only goes like Mach 0.87).
4. Should we consider the "lasers" Marcy Wu dodged in the first temple as lasers in VS Battles Wiki standard? In Marcy's Journal, Marcy called it "real lasers" in Marcy's Journal.
This might be just a matter of interpretation but when I read that part of the journal, I thought Anne was just referring to her massive speed boost. It’s pretty clear that Anne is leagues and bounds faster than she was in base form and I think she’s referring to her new bound speed. Like I said earlier though, it could just be a matter of interpretation so I think a Possible Teleportation could work.
Lasers take far more than just one statement describing them as real lasers to actually be considered light speed. I’m pretty sure it was agreed upon that the laser would need to fit at least 3 of the listed criteria on the "Laser/ Light Beam Dodging Feats" page to be labeled as light speed.

It seems that it is better not to touch the Calamity Form as it is more outdated than the girls' base form. Also, there are some abilities (mind-based Teleportation and Perception Manipulation) from Marcy's Journal is prepared for being added. Then, their Calamity Form lacks of lifting strength despite there is clearly a feat.

Yeeeaaaaah. As someone who watched the show, I think the possible teleportation bit is really flimsy. That's just pure speed on Anne's part.
It is a place for discussion to reach consensus, but if you do such a huge downgrade, a CRT is needed. And the calculations requires evaluation from calculation members since it is controversial. Also, since it is about a calculation, Calc Group Discussion is a good place to discuss this.
