D&D people incon, Alucard cant affect people in multiple planes to my knowledge, and also can't stop their regen
 
Wererats and the like have Low-Mid due to limb regen
Although can he even hit beings that exist on multiple planes at once
 
Yeah Low-Mid shouldn't be an issue due to the regen neg from The Jackal.


Perhaps he can chain attacks together but effecting multiple planes are once probably isn't something he can do. But he can enter said planes one at a time, alternatively he can opt to mind hax which is above Zorin's (Bypassing 2 layers of resistance.)

Well unless he can just hit all planes at once he just can't harm it so
Anyways I don't feel like going into layer arguments over D&D mind haxes but D&D is specifically known for thick ass resistances to haxes like that so like

Jeez... even as someone who has dabbled in D&D a couple of times, it's never ceases to amaze me that even the literal "canon fodder" of the verse have the layered BS/power sheet resistances that makes D&D so "D&D".
 
immortality type 4 and 8, resistance to immortality negation and can revive even after his soul has being destroyed

his offensive moves are his soul absorption on an opponents death and his NPI

basically a brick wall with permakill options

The thing about the empty spots in the list, is that either their actually aren't any noteworthy characters for the spot, or more likely, their is several characters that seem around about the same strength so it enters a limbo where it stays empty because we can't decide who should go their. So when characters like Goku are proposed people come out and let it known that they don't match up to the other contenders.

I figured as much, i just said Goku to get people talking (the fact i suggested someone stronger immediately afterwards should've given that away).

Environmental Destruction tier characters can gain a spot?
 
Well if she doesn't have any passives then she gets passively dicked on by both Ecang and Dracula tbh. Both can interact with her level of Abstract Existence as well so that doesn't save her either.

Ah yes, passive hax one is really problem. But, she is exist in the conceptual plane of existence or metaphysical world beyond perception of space-time and beyond beyond universe. Is really passive hax one can range that?

If could reach that, i admit she will get dickrape.
