Miraculous Ladybug General Discussion 2

Speaking of head scratchers.

Miraculouses possessing a form of Conceptual Manipulation was implied during Destruction.

Orikko states that his Sublimation is unable to use any power that:
  • Interferes with other Kwamis Magic
  • Is a power that another Kwami already possesses
The second point happens because each Kwami is the embodiment of the concept they represent; as such, he's unable to use the power of an already existing Kwami. This happens because the same concept cannot exist twice in the universe, which would mean that the power that each Miraculous holder uses is, in certain way, a manifestation of the actual concept their Miraculous represents.

I'm pretty sure that if you kill Present Bunnyx, the Future version will dissapear (albeit gradually) since in Cat Blanc, his timeline is a one where Bunnyx was killed when Cat Blanc destroyed Paris (along with the Miraculous being Cataclysmed), and as such Future Bunnyx started to dissapear.

Basically, Miraculous have only one timeline, such that changes to the past directly affect the future, as we also see in Timetagger with Timetagger transpoting people to the past and that affecting the future

I mean, Bunnyx wasn’t Bunnyx when Chat Blanc event was supposed to happen, as that meant that Strike Back never happened so Alix never got her powers in first place. How Bunnyx works altogether is weird to figure out as she received her Miraculous because her future self went back to the past after Monarch used the Rabbit Miraculous to change the past, which would be illogical as if the original timeline occurred how it was supposed to happen, Alix would have never got the Rabbit Miraculous on the first place because it would've already been in Monarch's possession.

Also, in principle, Chat Blanc timeline isn’t the same as the main one.

Madara only needed the Miraculous of the Pig to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Anyways, gotta enjoy the Miraculous Power being used for evil until one of them lands on Luka, they show a more interesting approach than the heroic ones.

It's actually ten minutes. Brazilian Dub had a mistake, but you can see in the time marker in Emilie’s projection that shows that the travel was accomplished between 11:02 and 11:12.

Anyways, still Subsonic FRA and it was the Dinosaur Pigeon Thingy, not Ladybug.

Gift would be a form of Empathic Manipulation + Mind Manipulation (Traps the target's consciousness in an illusory world were their greatest dreams come true, while their body stands still in front of the ball) with Perception Manipulation (Ladybug and Chat Noir apparently spend several years together in their POV, when in the real world it was only the time that it took for Darker Owl to walk besides Ladybug) and Clairvoyance (The user of the superpower is aware of what the target is daydreaming about, as seen with Pigella being aware of Reflekta's greatest wish)

Imagine having one of the best Miraculous Hero designs and only appearing for like 4 shots.
 
While I appreciate the plot getting better the models now look like clay.

Why can we never get the best of both worlds. 😪
 
How does Red Moon's Existance Erasure work? Is it straight up Existance Erasure, or is it more complicated than that? Haven't seen the new episodes.

Anything bathed in Red Moon's Light can be poofed or brought back to reality. The power seems to be also quite selective, as Argos did not willingly erased the one person he didn’t want to erase. Pretty sure the snap aspect is Argos choosing what to do.

How does Red Moon's Light works is the tricky aspect given that Argos stated that Red Moon could wipe humanity despite that it should only light a side of the planet (Although the script said that Red Moon grew larger than the Sun, so I guess that had something to do?)

Yeah, read some of them. Quite interesting.

One of the only things I'll say about it is that the ending features something I never thought it would happen but I should've seen coming because of something shown in earlier episodes. You wouldn’t even figure it if you rewatch the earlier episodes with this on mind, however.

Honestly it's a bad idea to involve the author with powerscaling questions, but he probably wouldn't imagine them being that strong
