I’m not asking this question for this verses like dc or marvel because they’re too long, have too many authors, and we pretty much got our answer from Stan lee aka the winner id whoever the writer wants to win.

That would depend if they cared about power level calcing, like how the author of Danny Phantom watched a death battle video with Danny Phantom and admitted to not take into account power levels like we do.

He literally had Luffy call a laser ( which was made from someone who is the prime example of Light Manip ) slow, so yeah, he definitely agrees.
How ever, this is obviously dependent on how fast he wants the character to be.
Let's say a character is fighting someone who's gimmick is turning into light and manipulating it and creating it, right? Well, even if that character is USUALLY considerably above Light Speed, they can be dumbed down to the point where they're struggling to dodge the beams for the sake of the fight being an interesting and difficult clash.

He claims about 3 years but he's been saying that since.. the start of Wano... Which was like 4 years ago.
Now he claims that it won't be ending incredibly soon, so my inference is that it'll end in 5/6 years possibly.
Thing about him is that sometimes he gets wrapped up in things and kinda drags them out or goes on breaks ( which are usually 2 weeks and I've only seen longer at the end of Wano where he took a month to come back from exhaustion ) but it seems he'll be wrapping this up before this decade is over.

no, he doesn't have health problems, he just keeps forgetting what he does, he had to remove most inconsistencies in DB for Dragon Ball Kakarot, where Piccolo didn't really destroy the moon

I’m sure he would agree with our key sword stuff too (I honestly think resistance negation powers you can see them and visualize it Toby but not outright see it, get what I mean (it’s there but you can’t see it as an object or anything like fire, ice and other abilities))

Thanks, it’s just I’m kinda upset a lot of powers cannot be visually seen, or they can be seen but ya have to use a visual thing to represent them. (Like I have this conceptual attack but you can’t visual conceptual stuff so you use something like a fire to represent it)

Luffy is astounding in battle. One of the most adept and intelligent characters when it comes to fighting.
He's got.. basic knowledge.. outside of combat.
