That's not the same thing As seen everything around Alien X was erased when the bomb did it's job just having Self sustenance type 1 doesn't give resistance or gives you ability to survive tank Universal destruction for this you should search the meaning of the ability
Did you not see the clip that he just showed you? I feel like you're trolling at this point and ofc any character from the work of fiction can't survive Universal destruction (Depends on tier) it's like saying Naruto would be able to survive the destruction of the universe.
