Anyways, this is something I'd rather not do.

In fact, I'd much rather my waifu transport me to their universe. That makes much more sense.

I mean... I would just use this as a "turn a female character fo your choice real"-button.
So generally I would choose someone that is a force of good and that is not just powerful but also has abilities capable of improving everyday life on a large scale.

Hence, while I don't think she is extremley likeable, I guess I might pick Medaka Kurokami.
She is an incorruptible force of good capable and willing to dedicate her life to improving the world. Her abilities also allow her to do so in various ways. She can, for instance, heal or even resurrect basically anyone. Given her supernatural luck and some other skills she probably can also solve a lot of political problems and stuff... and she is smart enough to lead scientific advancement.

There are of course some gods that could do even better, but I have a hard time of thinking of one that I would trust.
