Seems like a weird low end, especially since his combat speed and reactions are usually much higher and he has ejected his claws in a way to stab foes with similar reactions.

There is a similar issue with characters who use guns, the stated speed of how this work should matter more while his combat speed and reactions remain the same.
Well, the issue here is that Marvel's official editorial position is that almost no Marvel characters are particularly fast in terms of punching or running speed, even though they recurrently fight characters who have some sort of considerable feats in this area, so it is just the usual extreme inconsistency at play, and I am not sure if a much lower number needs to be mentioned in any of our profile pages.
No, moreso that the MHS+ is essentially their high end reactions, and listing their other speeds helps dispel notion that their attack speeds and movement speeds randomly scale to said reactions.

Meh, actually before explaining further I realize I'd need to substantiate alot of stuff I bring up, so I tbink I'll just tackle this on a later date and speed as a whole, I feel wiki itself has multiple issues with how speed gets indexed across it (less with the standards, more with the application).

The way I see it, it's similar to how there are consistent statements to Lantern Rings producing "Pure Light stated to move at the speed of light" yet these are characters consistently Massively FTL+ including attack speed feats.
Generic firearm usage is a separate issue entirely as I have already stated for how most of those should be treated with some exceptions.
