I played Resident Evil 4. It was a very good game. Here is a CRT for it. Note that I'm not too knowledgeable on RE as a whole, so the additions are just from this game, so I'm mostly just adding stuff to the monster profiles so that they're not awful + some obvious shit to Leon's.
- Leon Kennedy
- Acrobatics scan addition (Can dodge through complex attacks through acrobatic prowess)
- Explosion Manipulation (With various weapons such as Rocket Launchers, Grenades and Mine Launcher)
- Light Manipulation (With Flash Grenades)
- Fire Manipulation (With Incendiary Grenades)
- Enhanced Senses (With Infrared Scope)
- Energy Projection (Can fire energy beams with the P.R.L. 412) Do we count this as "canon"?
- The "Resistances" should be changed to Purification since they're not passives.
- Minor Damage Reduction (The Tactical Vest reduces the damage Leon suffers by 30%)
- Homing Attack (The Mine Thrower's Exclusive upgrade causes its projectiles to become heat-seeking)
- Chainsaw Man (Resident Evil)
- Should probably just scale to 9-A given how he can one-shot Leon.
- Kinda wild that we have this but not most of the bosses.

- Bodily Weaponry (duh)
- Immortality Type 2 (Unaffected by bullet wounds. Could fight after being torn in half)
- Large Size Type 0 (After transforming)
- Elasticity (Can stretch his body to be longer than usual)
- Animal Manipulation (Can exert his control over the Ganados, as well as other Plaga-infested beings such as Del Lago, awakening him to try and stop Leon)
- Garrador
- Berserk Mode (Garradors are so aggressive they will attack anything they notice, and need to be blinded so they won't attack their allies)
- Verdugo
- If he's not frozen, Verdugo can actually withstand a Rocket Launcher blast, so its durability should be upgraded to High 8-C
- Invulnerability should be removed, he's just really tanky.
- Enhanced Senses (Seemingly sensed Leon from far away)
- Stealth Mastery (Moves very quietly and can sneak up right above or below Leon nearly unnoticed)
- Resistance to Ice Manipulation (Survives after being frozen solid and can eventually restore himself to a normal state)
- Intelligence stays where it is but should probably change reasoning, Despite their animalistic appearance and behavior in combat Verdugo can maintain a composed stance when acting as Salazar's guards, utilize weaponry with proficiency and overall seem to understand his commands and wishes perfectly well.
- Regenerador
- Bodily Weaponry (Sharp fangs and claws)
- Minor Elasticity (A Regenerador's arms stretch when attacking)
- Another key should be added for "Iron Maiden" Garrador, which have Enhanced Bodily Weaponry and Elasticity (Iron Maidens are covered in spikes that stretch erratically when they attack or take damage)
- Jack Krauser
- Acrobatics (Can easily pull off high leaping backflips and cartwheel around attacks)
- Stealth Mastery (Sneaked up behind Leon Kennedy, nearly killing him with a surprise attack, and will attempt to do repeatedly in his boss battle)
- Light Manipulation (With Flash Grenades)
- Preparation and Explosion Manipulation (Placed several combat machines in the place where he would battle Leon Kennedy, as well as dynamite surrounding the tower on which their final fight would happen)
- Body Control and Transformation (Has control over the Plaga within him and can mutate his body at will)
- Bodily Weaponry (Yep)
- Aura should be removed since I... don't really know what's up with that, it doesn't really have one.
- High 8-C durability for his mutated arm since it can withstand rocket launcher blows. Klauser himself can too but idk about scaling him to that since the game heavily encourages you fight him with the knife
- It should also be noted Klauser becomes stronger upon transforming
