Yeah. The lethal radius for him would probably be something around 3-4 kilometers. Something he could cover within two seconds.
Though if it blew up in his face I don't think he's faster than the expansion speed of the fire/Plasma ball.

Like, theoretically that makes sense. But as of now that's just a assumption based on the plot. It can't really be used.

Episode 7 might also be comic canon.
His daggers would explode when Homelander's heard vision hit them ao it would break line of sight. Dunno if that means the knives are explosive or just designed in such a way to counter eye powers.
But we should probably calc Homelander's stuff if we're needing 9-A to 9-B.

Groundhawk actually has some insane durability feats, considering he survives being punched up the height of a skyscrapper and then the ensuing fall. And him punching through a wall looks like it'd have good results.
