Haven't read it fully, only issue I noticed so far is Zoro's scaling:
Pre-Onigashima Law and Hawkins scale to 7-A+ yet Zoro who has scaling to Hawkins isn't.
Onigashima Zoro scales to Drake and Apoo who are High 7-A yet he's at least 7-A.

The only thing that stands out to me (especially when involving Whole Cake's reasoning) is the fact that Luffy's AP scales above his Durability, when his Dura/AP shouldn't be far off considering it's all results of his physical prowess. (If Luffy can tank Kat's Zankiri Mochi, which is comparable to King Cobra since they did about even damage to each other, TWICE, then his durability in Gear Fourth should safely be 6-C)

Also for Gear Second luffy in his second key he has "higher level" instead of "higher", not sure if that's intentional or not.
Edit: Also the black knight has 7-A+ durability and Kyros who decapitated it is only rated at 7-B. Also would Vergo's Tekkai truly be considered a greater durability increase than his Armament or Full Body Armament Haki?

I glanced the sandbox but where does the 7-A+ rating comes from and doesn't Punk Hazard Law has that 7-A feat of cutting some mountains

The 7-A+ comes from backscaling Doflamingo's durability with Haki from Gear 4 Luffy who is High 7-A since Doflamingo doesn't fully scale to that.

That key's for the onigashima raid, the prior key is for everything before the raid/acquiring Enma which is where he scales to Hawkins.

One thing I will say is that for third key for Luffy, he is missing the 7-A for Gear 2nd w/ Busoshoku that he have for his previous two keys
