Doffy can make as many strings as he pleases. Doesn't mean that the Birdcage is limited only the length or number of strings inside the Black Knight.

He still converted the Black Knight to create the Birdcage, he never create new strings to compensate.
So yes, the Black Knight's durability = Birdcage's durability.

Question, since Luffy resorted to Gear 3rd with Haki to defeat him, could that imply Monster Hody might possibly be above Gear 2nd with Haki? I'm asking this question so we can get it out of the way now and so that we can have an answer now.

Along with Vergo (He could takes blow from Diable Jambe Sanji), Smoker (Could fight against Vergo), Monet w/ Devil Fruit (Her Kamakura can take hits from Gear 2nd Luffy with Haki), and probably some others

Bringing this up now since I forgot to prior.
The Raid Suits shouldn't be used for an amp of enhanced AP without their speed boosters.
Sanji vs Hybrid Page One is a perfect example. Sanji didn't get an AP amp unless he used the amped momentum from his Raid Suit. All the feats of overpowering Sanji were done when his boosters weren't being used.
So feats of fighting raid suit users would be moot. We would add "higher when using Raid Suit accelerators"
Another thing is that we have an issue of a bunch of "should be comparable"s. Especially with people who aren't comparable, but superior.
Ichiji drew blood from Perospero so that'd be where Yonji would scale above.
Final thing is noting the special abilities of Germa, specifically the Dangeki and Sparkling attacks.
Ichiji's Sparkling Valkyrie would scale above Oven but his striking would scale above Perospero.
Niji's Dangeki Blue would scale to Sanji and Oven but his striking would be a possibly comparable to Ichiji.
Reiju would backscale from Yonji for knocking him away and her ability would be unquantifiably higher.
