Expanding the References for Common Feats page

So are any of our staff members willing to add what has been accepted here?

Is there a calc for vaporizing a city? There's quite. A few statements of this in fiction for weapons and the like I feel like that'd be helpful. And we have freezing a city so why not the opposite end of the spectrum

A blast that engulfs a city you ask? That depends on which city we are talking about.

Ainz nuking a small town is small town level and M Bison nuking Bangkok is some mountain level.

Would you like to add the currently accepted feats?

Hmmmmmmm, you could try the fireball method, but it'll depend on what city you want to vaporize.

I am thinking about something else:

Currently those assorted feats are quite unorganized.
I plan to slightly rearrange the orders of the feats. Such that destruction feats, burning feats, freezing feats, lighting feats and others will all go in different categories.
That seems like a great idea. Thank you for helping out.

Tell me here when I should unlock the page for you.

I shall redraft the page using my page first for safety reasons. Once things get settled, we can copy and paste the things in the real page.

Okay. Thank you very much for helping out.

It seems like DontTalkDT added some of the accepted feats. @Jasonsith Do you or does anyone else mind adding the rest of them if there's no activity from him?

-Boulder thing seems more like an instruction page IMO.
-The forest thing should be only for destruction, but otherwise fine.
-Said my part to most of the common speed things already. I think the "catching on fire" calc is new? I think that will need some big notes on caution, because... well, usually neither are the clothes burning nor is the body reduced to ash, so it doesn't quite apply to the common depictions of those feats.
-Earth freezing is fine with appropriate notes... I know Earth freezing feats that don't end up that high since only the surface is frozen and stuff.
-The observable universe calc is an outdated version of the calc that we base our baseline for universe level on. So nah.
-City Black calc is a high end according to comments, which would make it unsuitable for common feats.
-Shacking feats calc is unusable. It always uses the formula for above 700km even for the ones below. The formula only works for things on earth, so moon and above are all out. And things like cities, towns, countries and continents etc. aren't standardized enough in size to use this.

As usual, DontTalk makes good sense. What he accepted is fine to apply.

@DontTalkDT Do you think you can add the Earth Freezing and Forest feats then?
Yeah, I will try to do it tomorrow.
-Unless we change what Human level is I feel like that's a nah.
-The article on the lava rate says "This eruption rate is significantly larger than most, if not all, known Kīlauea eruption rates." That doesn't sound like a low end. I'm also not sure if all of that is released at the cited 200-300 m/s or if that doesn't take the slower lava flow into account, too. Lastly... the feat needs some huge warning label regarding application as often the force of the volcano might not scale to the character. If an existing volcano is triggered or if a hole is made to make lava errupt from below for example.
-I rejected that on the common speed page already. It doesn't work, as for an arrow catching feat you need to know how far the arrow was away when the character started moving. The assumption that the arrow was arrow length away, which the calc makes, is completely arbitrary.
-...it's been ages since I have done a luminosity calc. I will check that later, as I need to figure out how those work again.
-I coincidentally calculated the same feat recently for a character... so yeah, the result matches. The calc is fine. Can I consider my own calc approved then?
-Seems fine. The ordinary rock result in the comments is IMO even better... or maybe I just live in a weird part of the world where graves are more usually made from natural stone?
-Cities vary too much to generalize. Hence the idea itself is unsuitable for a common feat.

Btw., I did a common feats calc myself just now. Or maybe someone made something like this already? Idk.

Alright, would we also be able to get the accepted ones listed above added tomorrow?

I am fine with if all of DontTalk's conclusions are applied.

You can also send a notifications to a few calc group members to evaluate your new calculation if you wish.

I was thinking, should we also calculate AP values for LS feats in our current RfCF page? Stuff like ripping heads off. Would take some generalization and lowballing to be universally applicable but it would help many

That seems like a good idea to me.

I am not sure, but suppose that it wouldn't cause any particular harm. It is a very uncommon feat and would look a bit silly in the page though.

Okay. It can probably be included then.

Is there anyone else that can add the rest of the accepted feats or help DontTalkDT with that?

Well, other experienced calc group members, as long as they genuinely know what they are doing.
