Impaling Luffy could be helpful here, though Luffy is one stubborn person, so he'll get up from it and ignore the pain and keep on fighting.

For now, I don't know why jhonny tornado hands wouldn't be slashing atack damage sor at least explosive, blunt damage I really doubt and sinse the tornados are jhonny hands luff tring to suck it would just make them atacking luff lungs directly

Johnny has a couples of ways to use his Hurricane Hands.

1. He can clap his hands, causing a massive Tornado to spawn that's city sized. Probably the most useful version of it.
2. He can rub his hands together causing friction and he'll have tornadoes as arms.
3. He just turns his arms into tornadoes and he can stretch his tornado arms long distances.

Luffy can definitely suck the air in, but that'll give Johnny an opening to attack.

The damage from Johnny's Hurricane Hands probably comes from the extremely strong winds the attack produces. I don't think it counts as slashing.
