So I was wondering about the flow of time vs the movement of time. Would they be considered the same?
If I am not wrong, transcending the flow of time would be considered an immeasurable speed feat because you aren’t bound to linear time as you can move through the past, present and future since the flow of time does not apply to you (and this would be done all through pure speed and movement, no abilities).

Another thing, what tier would a character gain if they moved in a void that had no flow of time and it was pure speed

Nothing, timeless voids give absolutely nothing.
That doesn’t make sense because in the speed formula, T would be 0. So that would either make it infinite or immeasurable, I’m not sure which but it’s one of those. And this is all done through speed. And others are trying to deny that it’s not through resistance because it doesn’t work like that, but it’s fiction, if it’s stated and proven, then that is still a feat. No matter how unrealistic it is, it’s fiction, that’s the point of it.

time not existing isn't 0 but null
which means it won't be immeasurable or infinite but rather undefined

I never said not existing. I said time that isn’t flowing. It exists but it isn’t flowing, so basically stopped time.

distance should be infinite. if a character is shown to cross infinite distance at a given time then the speed is infinite
