To give a perspective of how rare this novel is online, the only scan of it that exists on wikis is the infamous “1-A” scan, with absolutely no context on who’s doing it, why, and what the space was.
I had to speak to the current translator of the novel (after Kevin Frane resigned), gain Volumes 3-5, and then painstakingly scrap through the raws of Volume 5 to get the context needed to make this CRT not only possible, but connect it to MegaTen as a whole.
So, yes, obscure Japanese-only media really does save the day, you would be surprised how much stuff your favorite series has yet to have been discovered.
