He basically forms the bow instantly, usually he does it in a single panel
This Uryu doesn't have many showings, iirc all he did during the war arc was use instant danmaku against Ichigo, use the Antithesis on Jugram, and shoot Yhwach, that's it.

I mean if he trows the projectil in the direction of boros, boros will just receive the arrow because he will get near To Uryu and can't sense or see the arrow.

Actually, he does it instantly in TYBW, there's no charge up, as shown against Ichigo.
A few second charge up to spam thousands. Considering this is a far weaker Uryu I honestly don’t think the time will be long

He sort of should have heat resistance due to Blut being able to withstand Yamamoto's Bankai

Literally any character with intangibility ever is still able to interact with the enviroment, their punches don't just phase through people or walls.
No idea what those scans you linked are trying to prove, that fight takes place in Hueco Mundo, aka a world comprised of Reishi.

Boros can see aura or chi which are spiritual in nature. He should be able to see the arrows as well.

Reishi is intangible by nature. You would have to prove that they are tangible.

Prove he can, there's not a single instance of Boros being able to see invisible attacks, let alone invisible attacks that are spiritual based, aka you need spiritual awareness to see them.
