We've never added it because we've never seen the need to.
With Luffy's physiology, punches don't hurt his body.
The NLF portion of it is just people being bitter Luffy can take strong hits.
If someone like Goku and Hulk punched Luffy, they'd punch him so hard that he'd stretch to his limit and rip from the force.
So it's not that they can hurt him with enough AP, they just use their AP to cheat on his physiology

Is he officially 7ft in base, most answers I found said he was in the 6ft 3in range and Fuhrer's fist was quite larger than Bang who is 5ft 5in quite casually.

To me, it felt short compared to other debates i had on Google+ (The longest debate i ever had was with Seth, for 2-3 days. Until an admin from battle kingdom decided to mute us both)

Google+ was cancerous, You could imagine that almost every debater was there, mocking or insulting each other, making battles out of site, etc etc.
He used Kid Goku (at the end of the series i think?) and i used Fishman island Luffy (Moon level feat was rejected, so without it). It was a typical debating tournament, aka essays war.

The most cancerous debates always involved a FT character and a OP character. The debate starts off harmless, then it slowly devolves into a flame war. People throwing around the F word, the N word, the T word and the R word (I'm not guiltless too...)

A few people i know committed suicide due to all the cyber bullying from Debate communities, you would wonder how i know that.. well.. Google+ lives up to it's bad reputation. Certain toxic people hacked their phones, exposed their real life identity and mocking them (Me and Tom got lucky, we somehow knew we were the next on their list). There was a person named Jason kieffer, he always said that FT Characters are FTLx9 and Planet lvl (apparently his dream came true), some of us laughed at him, but now....Yeah Google+ was pretty cancerous on the debate side of things
Seth and me always had beef with each other, and constantly accused each of other of wanking the hell out of a certain verse. He also said i would abuse my power as an admin to silence him. Yeah, bad days.. really bad days. Sorry for the derailment.

FT vs OP debates here are really refreshing.. they are less toxic than usual. I recall that someone made a Zeref vs OP verse, Naruto verse and DBZ verse.

He said they are FTL because natsu dodged Sting's "Light magic", making him FTL.. At some point he even said that Natsu is MFTL9x and one shots Bleach, OP and Naruto verse combined.

Okay one last derailment. During the golden age of Google+. Some people told me that Luffy was rated at High hypersonic (Fishman island Luffy btw). I joined the old forum, where people constantly told me that Nami and kalifa reacting to natural lighting are gag feats and outliers. I made several CTRS back then, every attempt to make One piece FTL failed miserably, to the point that me and damage (Damage most likely doesn't remember that) and other staff members got into a very heated discussion, They always said it's impossible for OP characters to have FTL Characters when kizaru is only SOL (Massively hypersonic), always used kizaru to debunk all my arguments. (It's been 6-8 years i think?)

One piece was beyond lowballed and nerfed. Hypersonic Zoro, Hypersonic Rayleigh. Literally every character except Kizaru via his mirror were Hypersonic, you would be always be told that every speed feat is wank or gag feat, because of their slow travel speed (even worse AIMDODGING).
