Kazui and Ichika get trapped in Hell -> Urahara is nowhere to be found -> oh no how does Ichigo get to Hell to rescue his family -> [insert incoming Dom] -> “Ichigo did you say family?” -> “Woah is that you Dom!? My son is trapped in Hell!” -> “Well that just won’t do, no one sends family to Hell.” -> Dom tears through reality, breaking into Hell -> “Thanks Dom, now that we are in Hell I can go all out with no repercussions!” -> Ichigo chants his Shikai release command -> the dual Shikai blades remake their appearance -> Hell’s influence causes Ichigo’s Hollow horn to manifest -> “Ban-Kai!” Dom and Ichigo shout in unison -> Ichigo wielding his True Bankai and Dom wielding a Ferrari enter the fray -> Hell never stood a chance… not against family anyways

I don't think Ichigo can go full power in WotL, I think that'll be a pivotal plot point, that if he unleashes his full power in WotL it'll have dire consequences. Albeit I'm sure his reiatsu could shut Hell.
