Not really, itachi just immediately uses genjutsu as his first move. Which doesn't give goku the opening to knock him out since goku doesn't immediately overpower his opponent when the fight starts.

Well the way you said it made it sound like goku just lets itachi hit him with his strongest move which he doesn't itachi just uses it while goku isn't immediately attacking him that's why I commented.

It is not really stomp, stomp is when the character has no wincon, and, uh, goku can easily wipe out the verse with 1 movement, Itachi just has some advantages here, its not a stomp
