Yes blue goku kaioken would end the battle quickly because of strain and itachi can't sense god ki so goku would clap. Same with UI goku he'd also immediately nuke itachi and itachi wouldn't get his turn.
Speed is equal in both cases and goku isnt invisible so not sensing him would not matter to Itachi( itachi can see invisible people anyway). Goku wouldnt nuke before Itachi genjutsu's in both cases.
All goku would do is ki blast nuke from range because the starting distance is 4km and he'd do this before itachi has enough time to see goku or cast genjutsu, or goku would go melee and since all he needs is to flex his aura then they'd probably inconclusive since they would simultaneously beat each other.
Goku doesnt ki blast from that range and itachi can use clones and also resists ESP. I can see inconclusive due to range I guess. But I would still say Itachi has the upper hand due to ease of incap. Regardless though I guess this match is in grace.

Goku in character doesnt attack from 4km range. And Itachi has resistance to ESP.
First of all what's ESP. secondly if goku in character won't attack from that range why is this still a match it's clearly a stomp.
Goku doesn't need to see itachi to nuke him but itachi needs to in order to genjutsu, if goku nukes the surface then he wins or a homing ki blast which also nukes. Goku can also see itachi while itachi can't sense him PLUS HE CAN FLY LMAO WHERE WOULD ITACHI LOOK TO SEE HIM? If goku goes close range then inconclusive but on these conditions I only see goku ki blasting. Also how does itachi resist esp? Goku can still sense dudes who are supressing their ki AND hiding their presense.

No like I explained in UI or kaioken he'd want to end the battle quickly he's semi bloodlusted but with morals you know, so at range he'd use one ki blast and win. Yata mirror isn't blocking a 4d attack.
