The elevator arrives at the bottom floor, some manner of reception office, it would seem. A woman in a suit looks up from her desk and raises an eyebrow, but says nothing. Through the glass revolving doors, you can all see the rainy city.

Apollyon's shadows find a very strong magic barrier surrounding the institute. THe only entrances appear to be the main doors. Though, as they're on their way there already, that may not be too much of an issue. After walking a few city blocks in the rain, the group encounters the large, pristine building. Yeah, that's definitely got the vibes of a magic research institute.
@DMUA @InfiniteDay
Naldo and Nicholas, walking up the street, can see that most don't exactly seem that open for conversation. they're all too busy getting from place to place and trying to avoid the rain. Though, there are some glum-looking vendors in what almost looks like metal, automated wagons with colorful pictures of foods on them.

The birds complain as they get rained on, and he definitely gets some... strange looks as he walks out before anyone else. His travels take him to a train station that seems to be set to go around the whole city, should he wish to do some traveling.
