You clearly don't know that the PLs are non linear then, like they don't treat High 5-A as billion times above 5-B, Low 2-C isn't infinitely above 3-A, since DB verse multipliers were ALWAYS portrayed as a finite multipler due of the narrative of the verse.

They still do mostly, again as you say PL’s ain’t linear or even consistent.
The PL gap between 5-A and 5-B doesn’t need to be as high as the actual numerical gap because PL’s don’t ever work like that.
Same for tiers 3 and 2.

We really only use Power Levels to determine who is stronger than who, not that it linearly scales with the AP we just calc'd and even then it's super ******* situational based on the showings of fights, as in we almost never use it unless it's absolutely ******* needed.
Using power levels at Tier 3 and beyond... really makes no ******* sense no matter how you put it.

It’s not even a multiplier in this scenario. It’s just Goku, Vegeta and Trunks getting a fat amp because they get stronger as they fight and as they recover. They were completely fine after they got up.

Basically this. Zenkais have nothing to do with Power Levels and haven't had anything to do with each other ever since Frieza got chopped in half.

THIS^^^ Even Goku’s body adapting to SSG is a form of zenkai. Saiyans get huge amps through zenkais and always have. Funnily enough, the stronger the characters are, the better their zenkai abilities appear to be.

This seems reasonable enough to add but I have a question regarding Low 2-C, why is Goku, Vegeta and co Low 2-C in their strongest forms but not in their weakest? I thought that, going by what I've heard, you can't jump to Universal+ through multiplers and as I'm aware SSB and the like don't have a multipler that big to jump them to Low 2-C unless they were that tier in base already.

That’s why their base forms (except Trunks) will be upgraded to low 2-C.
EDIT: Actually nvm, post zenkai base Trunks too.

That reminds me, isn't Broly's Wrath State considered Low 2-C for going head to head with SSB Goku, albeit he was losing, despite it being said to be the Oozaru Multiplier or something?

@XSOULOFCINDERX yeah in the movie, Paragus states that Broly's wrath state is about as strong as his Great Ape state but without losing any of the speed or agility from his base form which would mean that Ikari Broly was around 10x stronger then before (plus his power kept increasing).

I'm with KLOL here. I'm iffy about the case being downscaled from Infinite Zamasu. And for future reference; I'd hardly recommend mentioning a certain someone's name for safety reasons. But I shouldn't be talking about it publicly though.

Power levels were only ever good for knowing is Character A > Character B and become irrelevant after the Frieza Saga.
Power levels aren't even linear, First Form Frieza at 530,000 and Vegeta at 18,000 makes no sense because Frieza can't be only 29x stronger than Saiyan Saga Vegeta, unless we're getting a 5-B+ First Form Frieza lmao

Yeah even without wrath his base Form goes From below Base Vegeta lvl to Overpowering SSJ Vegeta lvl & forced him to use God
His wrathful state also kept increasing it goes from
below God Goku to matching blue lvl Goku
The angrier he is the stronger gets also Saiyans are known to grow in a middle of a fight but even among broly's growth is very exceptional

That's the only time we have any solid lead on the 50x SSJ1 multiplier where Goku curbstomps Frieza.
We can't use it any other time because, well, you guessed it. GOOD OLD ZENKAI AND INTENSE TRAINING.

IIRC the other reason why we also don't use the 50x multipler is because in a interview in the Super Exciting Guide Toriyama stated that he considered the 50x increase to be an exaggeration and is more akin to 10x, which I consider to be Death of The Author as that would mean in Toriyama's perspective Ssj wouldn't be as powerful as Kaioken x20 which did jack to Frieza while Ssj bullied him. That's why it's considered to be 40x I think? I don't follow DB to much on here
