Hello! Sorry, I'm not really sure how to do planet sizing and stuff, but could you tell me what would be a reasonable size to assume or calculate for these feats?

With the "Several Hundred times larger" statement, should I assume it means the radius? So 300x the previous radius of earth, or do I assume smth else?

Could you explain how this is not against the criteria if dont mind? it literally makes no sense if they were truly embodying the concept they could manifest themselves
