What are your thoughts on this?

Does destroying a hypertimeline with aoe attack grants 1 layer of immeasurable speed?

If yes, would it mean in a crossverse scenario, another L1C character (presumably that effects a 4D + 1D structure with their own aoe attack) unable to effect a 3D + 2D structure as they need 1 layer of immeasurable attack speed to do so?
