Slaanesh can do everything Flowey can do better than him and then more (such as the mid-godly regen). He/she/it should take it with relative ease.
 
Flowey because of greater Save and load manipulation. Without the souls' help, Flowey has insane Defence stats and I doubt they'd help a Choas God like Slaanesh if fact I'd say they'd help Flowey against something like that.
 
Also, Flowey has no durbaility feats.

And NO, being virtually undamaged by someone who's best feat is being able to slightly damage you is NOT evidence of durbabilty of any level, but simply circular logic.

Which is why Frisk being given a 2-B rating is idiotic.
 
To be fair, we always assume that your AP and durability are in the same league unless the opposite is proven, otherwise Flowey would have Multiversal AP and town level dura which is dumb
 
Well, it comes back down to, if Flowey Manipulates Save and Reload enough, could he eventually out-predict Slaanesh or learn all of Slaanesh's moves, force Slaanesh into attacks using the Save and Load Manipulation etc. This isn't Frisk level either, Since Photoshop Flowey literally saves and reloads to make you hit things, also Flowey's attacks also ignore conventional Durability since he attacks the soul, he's hardly hurt by a lvl19 Frisk, yes you can actually do that, if you kill all monsters but on Mettaton Neo, you go off the middle, Mettaton says you held back and he says you're not a true killer, then Sans gives you the question "Do you think the worst people can change" in a normal Genocide route this is auto-selected as you move forwards, but you can press "Yes" now, if you do Sans may let you pass if you Answer his questions correctly, allowing you to fight Asgore and Omega Flowey as a Lvl 19, so if a Lvl 19 Frisk hardly does damage and this is well above their 2-B power, Omega Flowey must have some incredible Durability, also I believe you can still get the Real Knife too and the Heart Amulet/Locket, making their ATK and DEF 99 as well. Fun facts :D

Also Slaneesh could mindrape Flowey or use its own soul hax against Flowey, seeing how this form isn't soulless anymore
 
Slaanesh has resistance to time hax (The Emperor has time hax, and can't just slow Slaanesh down), as the Warp basically treats time like a guideline at best, so time hax basically are moot.


Slaanesh wins.
