Bill Cipher vs Dr. Doof

Unless Doof is tapping into GF's weirdness magantism, I don't see him beating Bill. He's far smarter, has a greater pleothora of abilties, and is much harder to kill. If bloodlusted, he will probably kill Doof before he can power any of his Inators, assuming they even work.

TLDR: Doof's machines can match Bill maybe, but Doof is very fleshy and weak.
 
Why do people keep pitting Doof against other more reliable Low 2-Cs? His only claim to the tier involves his most potent machines malfunctioning, and IIRC his most directly powerful machine that didn't end up failing on him in some way was the 'Shift-The-Earth's-Position-Further-Away-From-The-Sun-Inator', and all that was capable of doing was...well, yeah.

Anywho, voting Bill via better abilities, a larger number of abilities and more reliable abilities, as well as the reasons already stated.

Let me give off a better one than. Like MrKing said, Doof is only portrayed as a 2-C due to malfunctions in his inators, or, moreso just an unintentionally outcome. Besides Bill has abilities that can easily surpass Doof, if anything, I feel Doofenshmirtz's lack of common sense would give him the plank.

I feel kind of guilty now since I'm the one who made the phineas and ferb profiles and doof gets put up against people who could kill him with a fart.
 
Bill wins via better hax, such as greater reality warping, madness inducement and due being resistant to everything Doof can do
 
I understand why Bill could win due to his generally superior powers as stated above, but it must be noted that Doof has an invention that causes his opponent to do the least likely thing in their nature, AS WELL AS a Mind erasing machine. While Bill may just take this by force, if Doof can hold off for a decent amount of time and hit Bill with those inators, he could win. My vote doesn't go for Doof just yet, but it's something to keep in mind.

What stopped Bill from one-shooting Dipper and Mabel? They're unathletic and they literally out ran him, Doofenshmirtz on the other hand is surprisingly athletic, and can hold off, and avoid Bill's attack towards him for some time now, and like Tene stated, his inators are capable of possibly hurting, to beating Bill.

My vote goes to Doof.
 
I just remembered that, Doofenshmirtz's inators are only at low 2-C because they malfunction. Me and my ignorance sometimes.

Doof can only win if his plan doesn't work. Even if he gets lucky and Bill gets too cocky to instakill him, and his machine breaks and hits the Low 2-C mark, Bill can just regenerate from the blast, which may not even kill him (Time Baby was Low 2-C and wasn't a threat to Bill in the slightest). Doof has literally no way of winning this.
