Homura's Morals are off

Win by Death
 
I just discovered this Verse and noticed "Hey, there are only two god tiers, I wonder who would win in a fight" and then I read both of there pages and they both have the equipment to put each other down, so I made this thread,
 
If we are using their 2-A forms, Akuma Homura expicitly states she only stole "a tiny bit" of the law of cycles, so she should be much weaker than Goddess Madoka.

Yeah... not sure about that, I think the page might be slightly mistaken. What she did was steal the "Madoka" bit of "Goddess Madoka" and mind wipe the human Madoka. I'm pretty sure the Law of Cycles still exists in Homura's world.

I'm not saying Homura isn't 2-A, she still stole a fragment of infinite power and replicated Madoka's infinite multiverse rewrite feat. But she explicitly states she "only stole a tiny bit", and if we are putting Peak Goddess Madoka against Akuma Homura in a fight to the death, Madoka is still stronger
 
It is probably best to not get off topic especially this is a Versus Debate Thread. The thread will remain open, but only IF it remain on topic. I already getting annoyed by the fact it got derailed earlier as well. Not so sure who will win as I ain't familiar with the two characters here.

Err...Daishinkan hasn't really gone off topic, he just rambles a bit and posts several comments. As long as it doesn't become disruptive, I don't see the problem here though it is always preferable to edit your previous comment rather than make a new one if you just wanted to add something.
 
In-character, I don't see Homura ever killing Madoka, being willing to die for her if it is the only way to keep Madoka alive. With the scenario being in character and win by death, its a definite win for Madoka, regardless of power levels. Madoka, on the other hand, can and will kill her own friends if she feels that she truly needs to. She has killed Mami and would have,albeit unintentionally, killed Sayaka if not for Homura saving her. If Madoka has to kill Homura to save the world from destruction, she would likely do so in despair. As for power levels, well, Akuma Homura can only exist when Godoka is defeated by base Homura so...
 
Okay this is completely wrong already. Both are solid 2-A and both are comparable going by the profiles alone. I think @Monarch is overthinking the tier justifications of the characters here as well.
 
First, I wasn't the one who said that Homura would be unwilling to kill. However, she would still be extremely relectant to kill Madoka, and would not be willing to fight full out from the beginning, and would probably try to win with her other powers first.

Second, in the same way that Pontos can stomp Hyperion who scales to Apollo who is significantly stronger than Athena , and Zeed is stronger than Lucemo and fodderised the combined power of the the Royal Knights , the Four Holy Beasts and the Three Great Angels , one 2-A can be far more powerful than another
 
Again not the way powerscaling work all the time. This gotten a bit too complicated than I thought..... It has to be simple, not to overcomplicated for basically everything.
 
Not all the time yes, but in this case Homura only stole the tiny 'Madoka' bit of Goddess Madoka. So her devil form is weaker than Madoka's goddess form
