Superman is now 10 times stronger or 20 times which ever calc you beileve between one in the naruto forums or matts. Also superman blitzs for being much faster.
 
Unless supes can permanently put down sentry (due to his insane Regenerationn), I'd give it to sentry due to that. And the fact that the sentry has hax related powers that can put down supes for good
 
Does PC Superman have resistance against atomic disintegration? Sentry also has High regen so blitzing won't do anything.
 
Superman heat vision can destroy on a molecular level so that is not a problem. Also no he doesn't but how would sentry even catch superman with that when he literally blitzs.

Since when heat vision destroys on molecular level? Sentry can destroy people on subatomic level
 
The Sentry wins due to his Regenerationn which stops Superman from killing him. He can also phase through Superman's attacks, and attack back with Soul and Matter manipulation.
 
Post-Crisis Superman can phase as well and vibrate himself to match other frequencies. Phasing won't be a factor here. Neither will invisibility or matter manipulation. Superman has survived atomizing attacks before pained but not deconstructed.

Also, Superman is far too fast for Sentry to hit. He's 3.15 sextillion times the speed of light. And that's reaction and combat speed included. Sentry's Regenerationn isn't infinite. It's based on his power like everything else. Like anyone else.
 
Bloodlusted Sentry would immediately go for the kill and let's not forget Bob has insane hax and AP. Also Superman cannot put down Sentry. Sentry stomps

Superman survived worse then atomic manipulation even from a 5D antimatter mxy . Kryptonian martial arts like torquasm vo and rao will give a huge advantage to superman .
