I'm sorry if this was brought up in the blog, but I don't have the time to read it. Just that, doesn't the idea of 1-B's affecting 1-A's qualify as PIS? I mean, technically, its more of a gap than Batman hurting Spectre with a kick. Again, sorry if there's a reasonable explanation to this.

They do not affect anything that is different from them in terms of nature.

From what I understand the tier 1-B characters that you are talking about are basically dimensionless at the core of their being, so it is not much of a stretch for them to affect outerversal structures.

As far as I understand, they can only affect the lower-reality pieces/representations/manifestations/avatars/shadows of the higher beings in question.

It's just that a bunch of characters state that they have hax that can affect outerversal structures. Like Ange, Bernkastel, etc. I'm sorry, I'm just still confused here. I really don't know if them affecting 1-A structures is PIS, wank, or legit and I'm just confused on the situation altogether.

Well, you can inform TheMightyRegulator and VenomElite about this thread. They might be willing to help.

When erased they are erased to a boundless realm on the otherside of the infinite hierarchy.

They then "die" becoming one with this boundless structure in a state of nothingness called "algae" as cosmological structures.

This is what they effect.

They have also been shown to be able to act in this nothingness state if their will is strong enough.

What doesn't make sense? One reasoning is literally just used as a method of resurrection and the other is only available to them under dire circumstances.

Also, I understand the others, but why is Bernkastel a topic here? I was very clear in outlining that voyagers are not automatically at this level but can do so after evolution.

Bern was just there because I just saw 1-A and wanted to put topics. I sorta understand Bern, but I can't see this really being a thing for anyone else. Another thing I noticed is that Wild Cats are irrelevant for traversing in the Sea of Oblivion, yet Kevin Brashear from MARVEL does the same thing and he's like, human level (if he even had a profile)

Travelling in such an environment is only scalable if the being explicitly shares its nature.

With all due respect, I disagree, mostly because (excuse me as I link to his Wall) Darklk has already mentioned this isn't the case.

Just as a normal 3-D being can perform 4-D movement, so can the same be said for even higher levels of speed.

However, just like the flash, this is just a temporary speed not applicable to combat, in Bernkastel as well as her cats' cases as its just movement from one environment to another and doesn't scale to her reactions.

They do become one with the cosmological structure though, yes.

But you're not convinced.

Understandable....

Save for the voyagers I felt that I didn't explain the 1-A via hax thing very well...so let's try this again...

It's not outerverse busting
To "Kill" higher beings, the concepts of their very being must be erased. Their spirit and body?

Disappeared.

In this nothingness state, the entity is ejected to realms that are beyond the infinite hierarchy.

Except, its not really a "realm". Its a void, and the erased entity becomes one with this "sea" of infinite nothingness.

Umineko Naku no Koro Ni EP 5 Endless expanse

Now, Ange, Beatrice, Bernkastel's cats and the Voyagers imposes their will upon these nothingness structures to give them form.

Obviously they're not destroying them, making them or even manipulating their positions, but just returning them to a pre-determined form they are accustomed to which is obviously infinitely less than their true being.

However, what about Battler and Erika? Well, it was Battler who brought the fantasy creatures back when they were killed in episode 5.

Also, Erika was still able to act despite being one with the void, however this could only be achieved after complete destruction.

No, its not wank, as indicated by the scans, these things actually happened and are depicted in this way.

No, its not PIS. [

It's a core aspect of lore that beings who exist in the sea] undergo these changes.

That is, the entire hierarchy of these higher beings. The more powerful ones are just able to use these abilities more consciously.

Only sheer monsters like Bernkastel have made a point of simply manhandling beings like this and honestly I would actually not mind them (the Voyagers) being 1-A, but the staff disagreed so...

This no longer matters though because:

All the higher beings are 1-A
In Umineko it was established that the cosmology consisted of infinite steps. However, this is just one world.

It was believed that the infinite hierarchy consists of two worlds: the World of Witches and The Realm of the Creator. However, in Trianthology the Domains of humans was also another layered construct.

This brings an entirely new perspective to the comparison of Featherine who was noted to transcend the infinitely layered World of Witches and the witches, who likewise transcend the similarly layered Domain of humans.

So.... All Higher Beings in Umineko are 1-A?
Not higher beings per se as most fantasy creatures are technically this (reside on a higher parallel plane where they are incapable of being perceived by human beings under normal circumstances) and they are very rarely, above wall level.

No, this only alludes to those who reside in the sea of fragments.

Discussion has concluded. We're currently just finishing our designated tasks. I'm also trying not to undue the results of the staff's proofreading...
