Kars via "enhanced abilities of every animal", leeches, bacteria, starfish(Imagine a starfish with Kars' regen), Flight, Absorption(Which starts immediately upon contact), and intelligence

I agree with a Kars victory - he should be able to devour Doomsday given time and his shapeshifting is great. (Plus overwhelming Hamon prowess.)
