Stewie Griffin VS Rick Sanchez

Going by their profiles, Stewie apparently speed blitz (Immeasurable Vs Massively FTL+), and time freeze wouldn't work, since Stewie exists in a helm beyond space and time.
 
This is now one of those fights where they're both Glass Cannons, so, whoever managues to land an attack first wins, but Stewie's Reality Warping, Physics Manipulation and Space-Time Manipulation seems to give him an advantage, so, I think I'm going with him.
 
Pretty sure shattering the space time continuum, making mini mini mini mega universes, having that size manipulation thing and anti devil counter should help on Rick's case. Gonna side with him since he always finds the way to get away from his opponent.

And Rick reaaaally outsmarts opponents of his caliber.

Can Stewie even from outside spactime attack or do anything to someone not in the same "area" as himself?
 
Going with Rick, his knowledge and inventions have been more impressive across the board, and I think it would take him all of a second to decide to kill Stewie.

It's also worth to mention that Stewie is only Low 2-C was due to something he never knew he could do, and he's also that tier because it resulted in a malfuction in his Time Machine, Rick is Low 2-C for being comparable to a Rick that actually knows what his tier will sustain
