Shouldn't The Doctor have the Moment added to his list of weaponry since he's the only one who even used it/was going to use it? It should be at least rated "High 1-C" for being able to wipe out all the Time Lords right?

Also the sonic screwdriver (albeit 3 of them) managed to destroy a Dalek. This is the best image I could find. I doubt this makes it Small Building level, but maybe we can increase it to Wall level+?

1st. When did the timelords tank a High 1-C attack?

2nd. A calc may give out a higher result, perhaps ask for it to be calced?

1. They have things called transduction barriers.

2. Can't get any footage for a calc :/. Episode footage is hard to come by because it's a special episode.

Well then I agree with the 1st one

But can't say anything about the 2nd one

For the second one, only those who've seen they episode can give their thoughts I think.

We do not use "At least High 1-C" for tanking a High 1-C attack. It would require a more than countably infinite number of times greater power to qualify for Low 1-B.

Please explain the transduction barriers.

"Transduction Barriers are an 10 dimensonal defense field that separates the continuity and history of Gallifrey's space from the rest of the universe by locating it in a Micro-Universe outside of Time" Source

Okay, but that still does not justify an "At least" rating.

Well the Moment was only specifically stated to be able to easily end the time war by "Destroying Gallifrey, the Daleks and whole galaxies within a single moment".

There is no given reference to a specific number of dimensions created/destroyed by the Moment, only that it should've been able to casually wipe out the Time Lords.

I have edited the OP to clear up the "at least" confusion, for which I apologise.

Well, the question is if that counted the Time Lords when defending themselves with a 10-dimensional forcefield, or just their regular weaponry? Or rather, if the writers thought that far?

Well considering they're in the heart of the Last Great Time War, it would make sense that they would be currently active. However there is no mention of them being active, or any mention of them at all for that matter.

Yes. It may be unwise to apply massive retroactive upgrades.

It maybe best to leave the Moment at "Unknow" then?

Also, what's the opinion on the Sonic Screwdriver feat?

I think that an "At least Wall level" rating for the sonic screwdriver would be acceptable.

Okay, when has he used it? Perhaps it would be best if you ask Azathoth about this.

Have you informed Azathoth about this thread?

Well, I don't really have more to contribute with here. You need Azathoth to get some progress.

Okay. Do you wish to perform the edits, or should Inti handle it?

Okay. I would prefer if you handle it though.
