After looking into Magolor it doesnt seem like he has anything that could pose an extreme threat to black with the exception of the black hole. If he's not able to catch Black in the black hole then I'd go with Black. (Vote for Black)

Magolor imo
1.He can manipulate the laws of the universe
2. He can create black holes that swallows hundreds (possibly thousands) of galaxies.
3.Goku black has not counter to reality warping. While Magolor can cancel out Black's hax with his owns (which is superior).

Normally black holes and spsce manipulation would be enough to automatically give you a win against a DB character however MFTL sppeds and teleportation are a good counter to it but I think.Magolor still has a bit of a eddge here.
Now this the thing that decides the match is Magolr's reality warping but unfortunitly its been a while since ive played return so dream land to I cant really remember but depending on how much he used it for combat he could win here, however if he didnt use it offensivly enough I will go with Black because he has a much better chance to overwhelm Magolor with his clones and the scythe.

@Radical: I'm almost certain that Magolor reality warping feats are listed on his profile. Black isn't avoiding a supermassive black hole that's swallowing a large part of the universe with just speed(especially since db universes have a fixed shape).

1. Dragon ball universes are a fixed sphere. Therefore unless Black can travel in the void between the universes, the Black hole is absorbing him. Black would be leaving the battlefield to teleport to another universe.

I don't see Malagor being able to get black with his black hole or get an advantage with flipping the universe upside down is there anything else in his arsenal that would be able to bring down black?

well, as bizarre as this sounds, Goku Black apparently, for his Limited RE, clones + their regen, likely the Kaio Ken (which boosts him times 10) and for being significantly stronger than Double Zenkai'd main cast of DBS, most of which are likely Universal to Universal.
Unless of course someone has a showing of Malagor's Reality Manipulation being able to be used offensively.

8-4 in Black's favor, though I would like to clear things up, as I do see some downplay from a few people.
Magolor spams teleportation, so don't know why people are bringing up that for Black.
The black hole was gaining ground against someone much faster than Black.
And flipping the screen screws with the space and dimensions of well, everything. Up is down, left is right. Not to mention all the other spatial techniques he has.
Magolor has better matter manipulation by far (considering Black's isn't combat applicable, and Magolor's is).
And Magolor bends the fabric of the universe to his whim.
While I don't know or care who wins, I don't want to see someone voting with little to no knowledge of the character. But I like Black too, and I'm not biased.
His scythe can create tons clones with logia intangibility. Magolor's summoning isn't nearly as good.
His scythe in general likely ignores durablity
Has better combat skills
Is stronger physically
Both have crazy energy beams, both have universal range, and both can create blades.
