@Livinmeme It takes sprites and character names, and according to the Wikipedia page, also takes some plot points.
@Cropfist RvB is allowed because it features completely original characters and a completely original storyline with very few references to Halo. There have been many threads establishing this, as far as I can tell 8-Bit Theater hasn't had any.

RvB has completely original characters with a completely original storyline that only uses assets from Halo as models and has very few references to Halo itself, its not at all like 8-Bit

i'd say no. if it only took the sprites i'd say let it go but since it actually takes stuff from final fantasy like plot points and characters, even if they are totally different from the original. i'd say it's more of a fanfiction then an original thing
