So this should be a very simple thread. Basically, the New Timeline cast scales to the Original Timeline cast. How does this scaling work? Well, let's look at Cassandra's Soul Chronicle.
At the end of her Soul Chronicle, she runs into a certain Malfested who she fights and defeats. However, this malefested seems to know about her and warns her about the hardships Cassandra will have to face if she doesn't prevent it. This malfested is in fact the Original Timeline Cassandra who at the end of Soul Calibur IV was warped to Astral Chaos and left to wander there for an eternity until she met her SCVI self.
Scaling
So note how this focuses on only Cassandra. This means that the SC characters would scale to Original Timeline Cassandra (so no Mountain level). This is how this goes.
Top Tiers (that aren't Solid Low 6-B): At least 7-B, likely Low 6-B
Mid Tiers (The High 7-Cs): 7-B
Low Tiers: Low 7-B, possibly 7-B
Speed wise, everyone should be "SuperHuman Movement Speed with Supersonic+ Reaction and Combat Speed
So yeah, that's the basic gist of this thread.
