Continued from here.

To discuss:

  • 2-B rating for the Star Rod/Star Spirits
  • Low 2-C rating for Culex
  • Passive-Wish Granting (psuedo Fate Manipulation) for Mario
  • Possibly Low 2-C ratings for top tiers of the verse (e.g. Star Children, those with Low 2-C feats. May depend somewhat on Culex). See this for reference.
  • Zone speed being changed from time slow/manipulation to Perception Manipulation. Accepted
  • Scrapping the 6-B and Low 5-B keys from Donkey Kong and Wario's profiles respectively, as their sidegames are part of the marioverse anyway.
  • Resistance to Fate Manipulation for Mario, Bowser, Luigi and Peach for defying the Dark Prognosticus.
 
I mean he ok with most of it besides 2B stuff and low-2c mario characters (most likely star children) so those need to be discussed or provide more info
 
Okay. What he has accepted is probably fine.
 
Out of everything accepted, the Bowser profile will have to wait a little bit before it can be added. Just need a few more links to help justify abilities and intelligence, and finishing up his equipment and notable technqiues section. Although obviously the tier and lifting strength changes can be made to his current profile.

Everything in the OP is stuff that Dino hasn't ok'd.

@Kevyn it's just that it has a bottomless pit, to my knowledge.

@Ant I can do so, but I'd need the following profiles to be unlocked:

Culex (I'll hold off editing him for now, but I'll need him unlocked at some point)

The 4-A stuff was accepted, but under some reasons. The Yoshi's Story feat he said was legit though.

I mean Mario was undoubtably NOT SHIELDED from that Black Holes pull alone which is still impressive as it still seems like a powerful one, However a collide of Lumas was needed to be present in order for this "Universal Level+ feat." To be possible as I don't recall a Universal+ feat coming from a single Luma and in that time of peril Mario was not directly shown there so it could be possible that Rosalina from there intereferd. Though I will agree with a certain anomaly that Mario and Co. have shown to compete with her at one point like the party games, oh! And lets not forget I think somewhere in Mario 3D Land she made an apperance equally competing with each other... Yes which is a bit pecuilar.

Also its nice seeing you again as I remember way back in the day you made many appearnces most likely around nicktoon based bouts if memory recalls, fitting given your unchanging profile picture of Nora Wakeman. :)
 
Low 2-C Rosalina is consistent given her magic shouldn't be any weaker than her force-fields. But Universal Mario is still outlierish and the Universal black hold required a massive amount of Lumas; meaning they wouldn't be Universal individually. She uses her own magic to form the force-fields and we do see at the end she waved her wand as the screen fades out.
 
Havent we debunked Low 2-C Rosalina before? It was done through a chain-reaction of Lumas to kamikaze themselves into the Black Hole, and thus, this isnt really scaling to her. Hence why her forcefields are Low 2-C, and not her.

Tbf even if it was like thousands of Lumas, it'd still be multi galaxy+ and that's still a cause for upgrading the main cast, since Mario and co. should arguably be at least comparable to a single Luma.

In terms of universal stuff though, I'd still say Mario and co. scaling to Rosalina should be fine, given there's been a decade of media after Galaxy showing more scaling opportunities.
 
We can't divide Low 2-C to get 3-B; and still. Fiction is inconsistent like that where having large groups even stacked to infinities of times greater.

I didn't know you couldn't divide that kind of stuff tbh. Assuming you could though, I don't see how it could imply that a group of Lumas is greater than just the sum of their individual selves, especially given that they're all going at the black hole and exploding one by one as opposed to a single focused group effort.

And regardless of all that, I'd still say Rosalina scaling is fine given her appearances past Galaxy.

If it was a 3-A feat it could be divided to get multi galaxy level. But a Low 2-C feat would have to be divided by factors of infinity to reach 3-B.

I'll start editing profiles now.
