7-B upgrade for 7-C key

This is an upgrade the 7-C to 7-B scaling from Ranga's storm creation (his first key) that happened in the Web Novel; Ranga's thunderstorm feat from Death Storm in the WN which should require this much energy here. Death Storm is an Area of Effect which is weaker than the focus attack called Black Lightning. Ranga's Death Storm is from Rimuru's Black Lightning as a weaker-derived skill.


The one who attack next after Benimaru was Ranga.
He use the [Black Lighting] just like I suggest him to and converge it to a single point before shooting it.
Receiving a direct hit, the Demon Lord Orc Disaster Gelmudo body stiffened.
The aim is good; I will use it that way from now on.
The range is specified for individual, the strongest blow. (ED: Checked the raw, still didn't make much sense) (TL: yes, some didn't make sense)

Ranga later uses Black Lighting which is more powerful of Death Storm which Orc Disaster Gerudo (Web Novel) who tanks it. The translator seems to be confused regarding the context of the feat so I asked Shiro on checking the Translation; the translation is correct. It should be noted that Orc Disaster Gerudo (Web Novel) doesn't have any known resistance against electricity or lightning either so it enduring the attack is not due to a hax or anything like that. Other characters who were comparable to Ranga like Benimaru (Web Novel) and Hakurou (Web Novel) were able to hurt Orc Disaster Geld with their physical and magical attacks, also; so the 7-B feat would scale to all tiering statistics. All, all the 7-C are comparable or superior to Ranga's first key would be 7-B, as well; overall, all 7-C would be 7-B.
 
Actually thought there was actually a calc for it for a second, then I realize that's the LN version.

Makes sense to me from the looks of it. Probably would be better to show a scan of Geld tanking it but a minor suggestion.
