Ultimate Marvel Revisions again because God hates me

Doing AP revisions AGAIN and Speed Revisions.

High Tier(Currently Low 6-B/High 6-C+)

Speed

  • Current Speed Feat is nothing. Everyone has their own scalings. Maker had a scaling to Mister Fantastic which is somewhat iffy, but otherwise literally no scaling whatsoever.
  • Proposed Speed Feat will be scaling everyone to Thor (Ultimate Marvel), who has a reaction feat against an M2 Browning (Supersonic+)
Attack Potency

  • Current AP feat is of Hyperion, who apparently went through 2 downgrades before fighting Thor, and 3 before fighting Hulk, while his 1 Teraton feat was him at his peak, as such is it unreliable to scale.
  • Hulk (Ultimate Universe) has a VERY casual AP feat of causing sexearthquakes of 332 Megatons, or 7-A+, that'll be used to scale everyone, with the Low 6-Bs scaling indefinitely above that (At least 7-A+)
High 8-Cs
Currently everything scales from Spider-Man (Miles Morales) who went into the mainstream universe, though since that was a soft rebott and Ultimate's own showcase is poorer, Miles will get keys.

I suppose that this mostly seems fine. However, it seems kind of silly to have to scale from the Hulk having sex and causing earthquakes.

Can you link to the previous AP calculation here, so we can inspect it?

Both are the same character, there is no Ultimate Mysterio, just mainstream Mysterio walking over to Ultimate Universe using a dimension portal device, because it is weaker then his mainstream one.

According to Zark it should be. Although I was going to ask her the validity of said feat, and it'd probably be better to have the feat calced anyway

It's a little hard to make out the exact details to be honest, but even still I'd prefer an exact value rather than an assumed one if possible.

In either respect if he's supposed to be comparable to Thor and doesn't have two different states of power then I'd say he should just be straight 7-A
 
I mean for the time being High 8-C is completely valid.

He doesn't fight Thor or any other character however, except for that statement from Nick Fury, which is slightly dubious, he has no feats other than stomping Enhanced Suit Punisher and getting stomped by the First Hulk, both pretty unscaleable.
 
Fair enough. Although I would still prefer an exact value on the feat in question. Hell it could be higher than what's currently given. For the record whilst him splitting the plane is applicable to GR I think the explosion was caused more as a chain reaction from him splitting it in half. Even still, from what I can tell, the split appears to have been caused by his bike, so I don't know how well it scales to be honest.
 
He has a higher durability than his bike mate...

it's literally 4 issues how hard is it gather feats for this character
