With the chaos emeralds Sonic can time stop and kill OP, and he can also BFR him into another dimension.

Sonic has my vote.
Even if we disregard Standard Equipment, Optimus likely isn't even going to be able to tag him. Being shot at or facing explosives is like an "every other day" occurance with him, and Sonic's far greater versatility, mobility, and over 2x AP advantage gives him a handy win in this situation.

It's only a stomp if one side has zero wincons, as for other 5-B Sonics, there's 5-B Classic Sonic
