Soupy's Bracket Bowl: The Return! Round 11!

So as I thought before. Mugman should range stomp. Akira has no actual way to get in close to even start damaging mugman. And mugman just stays away and shoots him from a long distance away or flys in a helicopter and drops bombs from above. And a almost 4 times power and durability gap. Range stomp for Mugman. Adding in physically better by a long shot.

Aka. Time for Akira to sit it, yeet it, and Beat it.
