Too bad that can't even fall as an actual feat out of how it worked if it somehow wasn't an outlier.Mantidil said:idk how to define it, but Spongebob unravels a Galaxy in the episode "The String" (Here's the clip in questio )
Any really.GoCommitDi said:Best legit feat in what? AP? Speed? Durability? Or all 3?
It's properties are a bit odd to fully justify to say the least and even then it's way too inconsistent like Maverick said sadly.Mantidil said:Could it technically be a lifting strength feat? Considering Spongebob was able to pull and swing around the entire string.
Spongebob can fit in a human palm one minute, and stand shoulder height with Mermaidman, Barnacle Boy, and Pearl in the next. Consistency isn't the Spongebob series' strong suit.Maverick Zero X said:I guess he could scale to Massively FTL via Patrick running to the sun
Y'know, if we throw consistency out the window.
Not according to "Mermaidman Begins"Maverick Zero X said:Maybe those three are just very small OvO </div>
I like to think MM & BB are actually radioactive action figures, which is how they can function perfectly fine underwater and appear in the same size as everyoneMantidil said:(Though my headcanon is that episode where Spongebob shrunk everyone in Bikini Bottom caused everyone to be permanently small)
Yeah I thought so too the circumstances of which are very odd to say the least, same with Mermaid Man's apparent origin's.Mantidil said:Though my headcanon is that episode where Spongebob shrunk everyone in Bikini Bottom caused everyone to be permanently small.
Doesn't explain how he could heal back getting sepakoo'd,GoCommitDi said:I like to think MM & BB are actually radioactive action figures, which is how they can function perfectly fine underwater and appear in the same size as everyone
Also what do you think of these?Anomalous N I W D E said:Speaking of which I been meaning ask there are probably some overlooked feats regarding lifting strength at their best showings.
- Sandy in the episode "SpongeBob, Sandy, And the worm." https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6kvcr7 remarked "Back in Texas I wrangled Bulls, And I wrangled worms. (3:38)" Her strength turns out wasn't all too much of an exaggeration as she did pull down an a float boat under water in an instant, chain in hand soon Afterwards (5:51), Maybe she couldn't handle the big mutant Bull Worm but she is still remarkably far stronger for the average squirrel then people give her credit for nevertheless.
- And why stop there? Episode "MuscleBob Buffpants." https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6kp8ww Showed along with other peaked bikini bottom mites sent anchors flying (6:39 "200 Yards!"), (6:51 "210 Yards!"), With Sandy being one that threw the furthest (7:02 "510 YARDS!!").
- SpongeBob and Squidward exerted themselves in such a way that they manged to pull ships on their own in the episode "Employee of the Month." SpongeBob this time had an anchor strapped on to him while dragging said ship, Squid not be far off himself. https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6v06q5 (6:54.)
I think I vaugely remember a thread that already viewed the ones in MussleBob Buffpants and they said due to the ******* size its apparently much lower but I can't really say for certain, however The ones I mentioned in the Bullworm episode and the Employee episode I think remained unmentioned. To restrain a Bull the last time I remember was a solid class 5 rating and I don't know how heavy that boat is BUT IT HAPPENED ANYWAYS JUST TO PROVE HER POINT so I don't know if they will recieve the same questionable logic from the musclebob one as Sandy remarked an ACTUAL LAND BULL rather then something that would somehow come out small from sea, the Sandy pulling a boat down underwater feat was also said that it needed to be calced though we don't what type it may be, the other regarding the employye of the month award episode shouldn't be far off to recieve proper calc treatment.
As for other possible upgrades that I was talking about regarding SpongeBob they are in this Calc board, you'll find my post on the predicaments of SpongeBob there just scroll for a bit [1].
For Sandy and probably those whom scale to her at their best showings would be something like "Below Average, to possibly Class 5 at peak." Thing, I think I forgot to mention the part where she pulled an above waters realistic looking ship down under water in seconds chain in hand... How heavy are those again? I mean she just did THAT to prove her point.Maverick Zero X said:Wrestling a Bull would be 9-B and Class 5. Though Sandy throwing an anchor and Spongebob moving a ship might be unimpressive if said objects were comparable in size to themselves (since they're all several inches tall or something).
There are still a few others that would still upgrade her in some way that people have not dabbled into too much, her remarks to wrestling REAL LIFE cattle and the boat sinking feat from the Alaskan Bull worm episode which also had a more realistic less cartoony apperance hell it even tooted and what not.Spinosaurus75DinosaurFan said:I calculated the anchor to just be 11 kg though, which is still impressive for a 5 inch squirrel.
There already IS a variable tier: 10-C to at the very least 9-B at peak.Mantidil said:I think a variable tier might be best for Spongebob characters if we want to justify the inconsistencies. Spongebob characters have survived nuclear explosions at least twice in the series after all, only Spongebob and Patrick to be dried out by a mere lamp in the movie.

I think he is reffering to the one in the Reef Blower episode where SpongeBob's Toon Force collided with the Reef Blower sucking up the entire mass of the ocean in Earth.Maverick Zero X said:What's the High 6-A feat?

Well yeah actually it has, problem is consistency but we know how Toon Force is right?GoCommitDi said:Wasn't that calced at 5-A?
OH YEAH!!! She cuts/eats an asteroid and reaches Jupiter "Star Gazing." How could I forget that episode?! Might be consistent with other Toon based feats like Patricks sun running one.TFSCell said:There's a feat where him and Sandy were jumping from planet to planet. That's the best speed feat I can think of.
