So. Ringo should take the win. And here's why

cuphead is certainly faced danmaku before, and even on ringos best level of danmaku, however he hasn't ever tanked it coming from multiple sources: Ringos duplicating and attacking from multiple angles will make dodging immensely difficult. As well as needing to take out each clone. Both share flight so it's not like cuphead has any advantages there. Both relatively share the same level of experience: considering cuphead needed to get something from uncle kettle in order to fight and only uses range, it's probably fair to say he hasn't had combat in his past. Same for ringo though. Plus ringos material regen can handle damage cuphead can give off. And with teleportation, and danmaku to build up attacks and ways to smack attacks back, Ringo should be way harder to kill. Even one ringo is going to be a pain. Toss in multiple and it's night night cuphead

Both share similar experience levels. Both are relatively skilled. But Ringo has a much better attack source, defense, powers, and regen, counters flight with his own, teleportation, and Ways to either handle damage or prevent it. Cuphead doesn't have a lot of answers to handle what Ringo dishes out, and only has the advantage of Power and durability. And even his durability is kind of his peak area. Where ringos area is very casual. Cuphead dies to a few hits from his level, Ringo takes way less damage. Even target based attack severely drains how much damage cuphead actually does. And while he has an AP advantage. It's not too much, and nothing multiple ringos couldn't handle. And if Ringo gets his hands on cuphead. Yea. Night night. GG. He is getting pretzeled by Vastly better LS and better in melee combat.
 
Cuphead actually has dealt with attacks from multiple opponents simultaneously before, regardless vote counted

Not danmaku from multiple people. Yes, multiple people at once, but I mean danmaku from two or more sources. I don't Recall a cuphead fight that did that. (Remind me if I forgot one though. I don't have all on mind)
 
I believe in Cala Maria's fight there's danmaku simultaneously coming from the Ocean below you, and Cala herself (That's the only one I can think of right now though)
 
I don't recall something like that. Just that she can attack while fish attack. But I don't think the fish give danmaku. But if there is. Well, ringo still has notably better version of Danmaku than most cuphead characters. So more than one should still be too much. Especially since Ringo heals naturally. That's going to be a pain. Cuphead cant even play a long game
 
Just saw that 8-A explosion get turned into an 8-C+ Durability feat. All I can say is that's a mega oof

In Cala Maria's fight, you have to dodge fish which that fly upwards like balloons while escaping from a flying electric eel.
