Soupy's Bracket Bowl: The Return! Round 1!

Of course, Im aware that Steve's Type 9 isnt even combat applicable. He just gets BFR'd out upon dying. Since this is base Steve, he doesnt have much range options, whereas the Pixel Gunner's range is literally based on guns. So, Pixel Gunner range-spams and takes the W. My vote therefore goes to the Pixel Gunner.
 
He doesnt, thats with weapons which are 8-C. Again, the Pixel Gunner would rangespam.
 
Really? Huh, really feels like that should be specified in his standard equipment section :/
 
Any of the guns that are not vaporization weapons since they go over the AP limit for this tournament (Notably, plasma-like weapons), other than that, he is good to go.

it's all gonna be unfair in the end when the power null person which one of the highest AP fights basically anyone else
 
Still isn't likely killing him. Assuming he reacted fast enough. Gun from close range would rip right through him. Mid regen or not
 
Alright so in my lack of experience with Challonge I've just shuffled the characters instead of swapping Akira and Ringo. Sooooooo........ Bracket reset everyone! You hear that? The brackets are being reset! The new Round 1 will be up soon
